David Aaron Clark isn’t a guy who just churns out a double-anal stroke flick a week. He puts a lot of thought and effort into his movies. (Yeah, he has done some traditional stroke-flicks, but you can always tell the projects that are close to his heart.) I haven’t always given this DAC visions the highest marks because they often incorporate some things that aren’t on my list of favorite elements to a stroke flick. That doesn’t take away from the creativity and skill involved in creating them. In fact, I think that if Clark were to do more feature work for some of the “big” companies, that people might start mentioning him in the same breath as some of the more decorated directors. I can appreciate great film-making, but am still a meat & potatoes guy when it comes to the sex. On his best days, Clark balances the creative side with the stroke-factor better than just about anyone.
The movie starts out with a very interesting segment with Brian Surewood, Loni and Kylie Rey talking about the recent HIV situation. DAC is behind the camera and no one pulls any punches here. I don’t expect this to win him any friends on the internet, but I found it honest, interesting if not overly flattering to some people in the industry.
DAC and Brian Surewood take a way around his new neighborhood. (Korea town, Natch.) They run into Lucy Lee and take her back to the pad. As hot as they are, we might expect some low-level performances, but we are fortunate enough to see a lot of heat from each girl. With little to get in the way of the sex, this movie shines from start to finish. I will be interested to see how it is edited for the final DVD version, if some of the shorter scenes are included as bonus material. That might tighten things up a bit, but it’s pretty damn great the way it is.
