This movie is a good example of what can happen when you say the wrong thing at the wrong time. No, actually it is what can happen if you say the right thing, but it gets read by the wrong people. Some of you may remember that back in Jack’s 25 there was a little scene with Melanie Jagger. The guys behind the JP movies added some text about Mel being a “pig.” In response, they decided that it would be fun to have me and the other journalist (Gram Ponante) who called them out, in front of the camera. So what is the point to this? First to make sure everyone knows that I’m reviewing the movie in spite my “starring” role in the production. Also I wanted to take this opportunity to place the blame for my hideous performance on the brain trust at Digital Playground. Don’t blame me. Enough of that, let’s get to the new Jack’s Playground adventure.
After the mandatory recap of the last movie, Motel appears at his press conference to address the Melanie Jagger issue. Don’t worry, he does nothing but make it worse. More from him later.
