OK, let’s get this out of the way right from the start. No gonzo movie ever made should be five hours long. It’s just that simple. That sounds like a blanket statement, but it’s true far more often than not. Performers just can’t maintain anything close to maximum energy for much longer than thirty minutes. Watch a scene sometime and see if I’m right. When most scenes run past thirty minutes, they lose rhythm and we end up getting a lot of filler just to punch up the running time. Most scenes that are this long would actually be stronger with tighter editing that only leaves us with the best of the best. They say that “video killed the radio star” but I think that in porn “running time killed the DVD.” I think that Erik is one of the best performers in the business and if anyone can keep up the intensity for a longer movie, it’s him. I just wonder if we’ll sit through five hours of good POV footage and wonder if three and a half hours of great stuff wouldn’t be better.

Chalk this one up as another solid scene that just runs too long.
Annette Schwarz and Sandra Romain finish out the action. Their scenes offer more of the same. POV action that is mostly well-shot (It isn’t easy to fuck this hard and hold a camera.) Annette is a maid who provides some great tease, fantastic deep throat and another very good scene. Sandra plays a mail order bride that shows up ready to rock. I don’t know if order a bride on the net is a wise choice, but if they are all as sexually explosive as Sandra, then I think we can overlook any other issues that may arise. The ass shots in this scene are truly fantastic. It runs too long of course, but is another solid effort in a very good movie.
As I said at the start, the running time on this movie just had me leery from the start. It’s a solid POV effort with some great set ups and fantastic tease. Every scene is really well set up and the fantasy aspects add to the blistering sexual heat. I loved the nurse uniform, the maid uniform and especially the set up for Dee. The job interview angle was played perfectly. Once the action starts, Erik handles things well. He is one of porn’s top performers so that helps. He does a nice job with the camera as well. Good POV is pretty easy. You point at the girl and let her do the work. Great POV though, that’s another story. It is really hard to shoot great POV, but Erik does it quite often in this movie. He gets great performances out of every girl in this movie and delivers the wood from start to finish. So with all this praise why am I not pre-nominating the flick for top honors? Because it’s too long. That isn’t an arbitrary thing, it’s just the way it worked out. Each scene is too long, each position is held just a little too long. Any time you find yourself thinking “ok, that’s enough” then the scene could use a bit more editing. A fifty minute scene that is really good can, and most usually is, blistering at thirty-five minutes. With six scenes, including great tease and set up, we would be looking at a much stronger movie at around three hours. Maybe three and a half tops, but not five hours. This would be an A for sure if it were just a little tighter.
