This is a movie that a lot people have been waiting to see. It is the adult debut of Vivid’s newest contract star Kelli McCarty. This may be her first adult movie, but it is not Kelli‘s first time at the dance. In fact she has tons of experience in front of the camera. For those who don’t know, Kelli is a former Miss USA who went on star on the soap opera “Passions” before finally turning to adult movies this year. Her acting is definitely a strength here, as are her good looks. Kelli is very easy on the eyes and has a chance to show off her dramatic skills in this movie. She isn’t a sexual dynamo like Nikki Jayne or the cute coed next door type like Hanna Hilton, but she is a very nice addition to the Vivid stable. We do have to wait a while for Kelli‘s first sex scene. Paul Thomas teases us and then has her fade to the background sexually while Daisy and Jennifer Dark carry the load. Daisy looks great, but the scene is a little choppy. Jennifer’s starts off slowly, but kicks into high gear nicely. Kelli‘s first scene is a little odd. It starts out soft, gets interrupted and then takes a dark and rather ugly turn. Her acting is tremendous and believable but I’m never a big fan of crying during sex scenes and the power struggle makes the whole thing seem vaguely like a spousal rape. Fine for the plot, but can you get off on it? Her second scene is hotter and shows off what she can do. Voodoo nails her on the hood of a car and she shows that she has some eat to go along with the acting chops. This is an interesting debut for Kelli McCarty. She is great looking and certainly a fine actress. Her sexual heat isn’t bad, but we will have to see if she can develop and become both a great actress and a great porn performer like jessica drake or Savannah Samson. This is an interesting movie with a good script and very good acting. Sexually it isn’t bad thanks to Daisy and Jennifer spicing things up. Still most of us will watch it to see Kelli‘s debut. It is certainly a nice first effort and Vivid has done well to land this serious cross over hottie.
