This is one of Vivid-Ed’s instructional efforts and it is a very good one. Part porn, part lecture and all fun, this DVD works on all levels. The first 45 minutes are instructional and they are very good. Some of the other DVDs on the market end up feeling like a long boring lecture. Taramino presents the information in a way that is interesting and won’t scare anyway away. The pros and cons of every position are outlined and explored with visual demonstrations. There are also seven full sex scenes to enjoy. They are stripped down so they can easily be chopped up for the ed part of this flick, but they stand alone pretty well. I liked this a lot. I have seen so many instructional DVDs and this one just captures the balance between entertainment, information and porn about as perfectly as possible.

This movie starts out with an informative lecture from Tristan. She outlines the basics of sexual positions, what to look for, what to try etc. These tips are cut together with short clips of sex scenes that we can view later. The information is nicely organized and doesn’t come off like a boring lecture.

Amber Rayne & Christian (Missionary)

The scene starts out in mish of course with voice over extolling the virtues of the position. There are also pop-up tips that come into play from time to time. They cover “mish mash” here as well which is a modified missionary.

Sandra Romain & Jerry (Scissors) Also Faith and Marcos Leon

New couple, new position. Did she just say “wider stance”? (Yeah that one already feels dated. The demonstration footage is really good and Tristan’s tips are quite helpful. Since the scenes are available without the tips we can go over that part later. I like the way the pros and cons are weighed here.

Other positions covered include Straddle, Spooning, Cowgirl, Froggie and several more advanced positions as well. Ladies, keep in mind that when Tristan uses Courtney Simpson to demonstrate a position, you might want to be careful. This girl is freaky-flexible and you might just end up in the hospital.
