This is the kind of DVD that makes me scratch my head. It’s clearly a niche title, but what is the appeal? It’s real that’s for sure. But isn’t porn an escape, a fantasy? This is reality at its worst. Yes crack whores are hard, beat up, unattractive and have horrible stories of what brought them to this point. This whole series and site seem to be part cautionary tale and part freak show. Mostly freak show I would say. None of the women are especially good looking. A couple aren’t totally ugly but they all look straight off of the street. The long interviews are depressing, disturbing and as sexually appealing as a filthy port-a-potty. As a pure stroke flick this is pretty tough to defend. It’s weak technically stars women who could never work in porn and features sex that is as uninspired as it is unappealing. Even with all of this stacked against it, I can see some people watching it all day long just to see what sort of crazy things the crackheads come up with next. Though this is not my cup of tea, it is a big cup of something, a strange brew to be sure.
Val
