It is award nomination time once again. That means that all of the big companies are ready to roll out their huge productions. Wicked always busts out with something great at the deadline and Speed would seem to be this year’s effort. With a huge cast, some incredible motorcycle footage and a pretty great story, it is certainly worthy of praise and award consideration. It is an ambitious project to be sure. The story revolves around a number of different biker gangers and a recently released prisoner played perfectly by jessica drake. She’s a decent bet to add a Best Actress trophy to her collection for this one. This gorgeous woman doesn’t exactly scream biker chick, but she’s great here, beautiful and has some of the hottest sex scenes of the movie. The three-way with Tori Black is memorable to be sure. With so many people in the cast you would expect to see some big group scenes and there are plenty of those. Too many for my taste, truth be told. It’s just not my bag. If you love orgies, then this movie will thrill you. Put it right up there with BatFXXX for super hot, super star orgy action. I like the smaller scenes better though. Watching Kaylani Lei and Asa Akira share a cock for example, it just too incredibly hot. As someone who loves a great story-driven feature, I found Speed to be a well-paced, interesting movie with just the right mix of action and dialog. Sexually it comes up a little short, because the raincoater in me is always going to want something a little hotter than the dimly lit, truncated encounters that we get here. Don’t get me wrong, Speed is a great movie, but with this cast, it just could have also been a great stroke flick and wouldn’t that have been the perfect combination.
