DANE PRODUCTIONS GETS HIT BY INDUSTRY PRANK

HOLLYWOOD, CA ” Dane Productions was hit by an industry insider prank Thursday when an official looking email was sent to adult business movers and shakers announcing that the venerable company was closing its doors.

“When I walked into the office this morning, I was greeting by an email stating that we were going out of business. Of course this information is totally false and we are doing just fine”, stated Dane Productions’ vice president Bob Blisten.

The prank seemed to gather steam in the morning hours as numerous calls were made to the Dane offices asking if this were true.

Dane Productions, best known for their inspiring and long running youth lines ‘Nineteen/ College Girls’ and ‘University Co-eds’ has been on a tear recently with their latest foray into new territories including the dual language and extremely popular ‘Latinas Sabrosas’ and their latest imprint ‘Dane Hardcore’ which is geared towards harder edged sexual content.

“News to me”, stated director Richard Monfort upon hearing about the bogus email. Monfort is gearing up for a number of scenes this week for Dane Hardcore and is fully engrossed in the production planning. “Maybe this is a PR stunt”, he chuckled.

“This is total garbage because we just had a production meeting Tuesday night outlining the next few months”, stated company owner Edward C. who was neither amused or overly upset with the prank.

Dane Productions, Dane Hardcore and Dane Latin are looking forward to a great 2005 as the long running company is taking a fresh approach to their newer titles. ‘Latinas Sabrosas #2’ has just recently hit the streets along with the Smut Brother’s ‘I like to Watch’. ‘Cock Crazed Latinas’ will be the next series coming soon.
