Suze Randall Launches Double Classics Feature

(Chatsworth, CA) Photographer/Filmmaker Suze Randall releases two of her most famous 80’s hits, Miss Passion (starring Ginger Lynn) and Love Bites (starring Amber Lynn) through Pure Play on April 18.

Miss Passion, a campy, New Wave satire, is set in the remote future where a bevy of young beauties compete to be hailed as the sexiest woman in the universe. To win their title they have to prove their prowess, on stage and in front of a video audience ob billions.

The MC is none other than a punked out Suze Randall herself. She introduces the outlandishly attired judges who include a Minister of Pornography and a spokesperson for Women Against Frigidity (who is played by Lisa de Leeuw).

The first contestant is curvaceous brunette Crystal Breeze. Her scene with her hand picked stud in ravenous rapine. Oiled bodies enfolded in light, glow like neon tubes as they float on a pool of light which reveals every voluptuous contortion.

Next up is the lovely Rachel Ashley who gets a fiery screw from super stud Craig Roberts. And then it’s Ginger Lynn’s turn to get into a fierce carnal coupling with two studs.

This high budget feature 1984 release was shot with three cameras, one mounted on a crane. It showcases Suze Randall’s superlative talent as an erotic artist and entertainment personality as well as the rising starlets of their generation.

Love Bites never enjoyed wide distribution because shortly after its release in 1985 it was discovered that one of its stars, Traci Lords, was underage. The title was immediately pulled from distribution. This was a pity because the movie, shot in film, includes some classic 80’s porn scenes. The premise of the movie is that a mosquito, whose bight causes acute sexual arousal, escapes from captivity and induces an epidemic of abandoned sexual behavior. Perhaps the most memorable scene stars Amber Lyn who gets bitten by the mosquito in an elevator and who then runs rampant with her male fellow passengers, which include the magnificently endowed Peter North. Another scene, which takes a swipe at the Moral Majority which was so influential at the time, shows what happens when the mosquito bites the leading bigot (played by Michael Morrison) who immediately fancies himself as the emperor Nero and sparks off an orgy in his sexually repressed followers.

Both these movies, with a combined running time of 120 minutes, are full of the color and freshness that was such an outstanding feature of the early and mid 80’s ” particularly when they were produced by auteur Suze Randall.
