Kohls and Hamilton Form Pulse Distribution/Pulse Pictures

CHATSWORTH, Ca. – August 4, 2005 – Jim Kohls, former President of LFP
Inc, and Mark Hamilton,
former Executive Vice President of LFP Video Inc., have announced the
launch of Pulse Distribution and
its production division, Pulse Pictures.

Kohls and Hamilton stated that Pulse Distribution will begin
operations this month, and that Pulse Pictures
would be releasing its first title in September.

“Mark and I have worked together effectively for a number of years,
and I am greatly looking forward
to making Pulse Distribution and Pulse Pictures a success,” Kohls said.

“I developed the greatest respect for Jim during my time at LFP,”
Hamilton added, “and cannot imagine
a better partner to launch a new venture with.”  

Kohls continued, “Pulse Distribution will be a prominent partner for
adult brands across all media formats,
and we are already well-positioned to support studios in their efforts
to maximize their revenue potential.
The studios will represent a wide range of styles, from feature films
to high quality gonzo releases, and
I believe they will compliment each other well.”

directors, and we will have further
announcements in the coming weeks.”
