In this business we like to call sex toys “marital aids” and that is usually just a euphemism. However, the Intima Personal Lubricant System actually fits that description perfection. It’s not a sex toy at all, but a functional tool will prove quite useful for couples and solo users. The Intima is basically a hands-free lube dispenser. Let that simple idea sink in for a minute. No more fumbling for that slippery round bottle on the bed. No more trying to store the pump bottles in your draw only to find your remote and copy of People marinating in your favorite lube. The Intima offers a convenient way to get the lube you need without making a big mess. It also looks really nice should you choose to leave it on a nightstand.

The Intima Personal Lubricant System looks and works just like a hands-free soap dispenser. It runs on 4 AAA batteries that you install at the bottom of the unit. You can also turn the auto dispense off or add a chime so to make those late night lube hunts a little easier. It has an easy fill chamber that holds up to 12 oz. of your favorite lube. (You might want to turn it off while you fill the unit.)

Once your Intima is powered up and loaded with your favorite lube, it’s pretty simple. Turn it on (with or without the chime) and then wave your hand under the nozzle to get a perfect sized pump of lube every time. Actually you probably shouldn’t “wave” your hand under the nozzle. You might want to place a cupped hand (or other body part) under for best results.) This is really a helpful tool. You don’t have to worry about slippery hands on a bottle of lube or pouring too much out. The Intima gives you the perfect amount every time with minimal interruption of whatever you’re doing. The amount you get is adjustable as well which helps quite a bit.

The design is really nice. Intima is black and silver and looks discreet. It could easily be a soap dispenser. In fact you might want to be careful where you put it. A guest might well be looking for soap or hand sanitizer and get a palm full of lube. (On the other hand, that might be a serious ice breaker on a date. Your call.)

Intima is easy to clean and wipes down with water. Though it neatly dispenses your lube you still might want to be careful where you put it. A coaster or perhaps a towel underneath the Intima will prevent any spillage. Better safe than sorry right?

The Intima works well on a counter, and also fits nicely onto most shower shelves. It also makes storage easy. Just turn off the sensor and you don’t have to worry about your lube bottle leaking all over the place.

Sleek, nice looking and easy to use the Intima Personal Lubricant System is a convenient and functional tool that will make lube easier to get for you and your partner with considerably less mess. This product is a great idea whose time has come. Use it once and you will never go back to messy, slippery lube bottles again.
