This is a really nicely designed toy for basic prostate stimulation. I am tempted to say that it is good for beginners because of the design and size. It doesn’t exactly give one the feeling of a good backdoor pounding, but if you are just looking to have your “spot” tickled.

The Silicone Prostate Probe from California Exotic Novelties is a thin anal toy. It is over seven inches long, but only about four inches of that is actually good for insertion. The rest is more of a handle with a small loop to help pull it out when you’re done. It is very thin so it should slip easily into even the most untested asshole. I was a little disappointed at first because I like more girth and length from my anal toys. Then again, I am going more for penetration and stretching rather than prostate play so that makes sense. In that way, I think this toy is really more of a “straight guy” butt toy. It is the kind of thing that the guys in my fantasy football leagues will keep in their nightstands and pull out when they are masturbating alone or maybe beg their wives or girlfriends to slip in during a sloppy BJ or something.

The material is pliable and gentle enough for beginners. It’s also the same size as a small “real” cock so you can factor that in to the equation if you like. To be honest, it’s about the same size as mine, so anyone who likes the size of this thing is welcome to come celebrate my fantasy football titles with a little manly time with little Ron Riggins if you know what I mean.

The prostate stimulation offered by this toy is very good. That’s the point of course. It fits nicely, touches all of the right spots and comes out just as easily as it goes it in. It isn’t a toy designed to stretch or trutly penetrate an ass that loves to be fucked. For that you need something bigger, but this does the job for guys who want their prostate stimulated during regular sex, hot head or even just jerking off alone dreaming about what it’s really like to have something good shoved up there.

Give me something bigger in my ass to stimulate my prostate and make me feel it, but for what it is, this toy is pretty much perfect.
