(Hollywood, CA) “I love the XRCO Awards,” stated Will Ryder. The adult movie director known for his award-winning parodies was referring to the X-Rated Critic’s Organization’s annual industry awards show which takes place 7:30PM Thursday, April 25th at Supper Club in Hollywood. This year his company X-Play and their upcoming blockbuster movie Not the Wizard of Oz XXX are a financial sponsor of the show.

When asked if being a sponsor increased his chances of winning awards Ryder laughed and said, “We were a sponsor last year and we didn’t walk away with any trophies so no it means nothing. You can’t buy awards contrary to what some would think. There is no conspiracy. We appreciate the efforts that these critics have put into helping to make the porn industry special. They’ve been good to us in the past and we always want to return the favor.”
