Happy Anniversary to Mrs. Rog
Not a whole lot to report today. It’s my 14th wedding anniversary and I’m doing what I can to get Mrs. Rog’s gift all hooked up and ready when she gets home from work. I can’t believe it’s been fourteen years already. Every year I write the same thing, but every year the feelings are the same. It was Mrs. Rog who encouraged me from the beginning. She stood by me when I was working a lot of hours for little or no money to get this site up and running. It isn’t an exaggeration to say that without the love and support of this amazing woman, this site would not exist. (Some of you may want to direct your hate mail to her from now on.) Those of you who have met her know what an amazing woman she is and those of you who haven’t had the pleasure are missing out. I can’t possibly thank her enough for 14 years of love, patience and support. (Plus she gives me a lot of slack when it comes to “personal contact” with porn chicks. Does she rock or what?) Happy Anniversary baby. I love you.
Why am I not shocked at all to see Anti-Semites like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson standing behind Ned Lamont during his victory speech? Birds of a feather perhaps?
Why am I also reminded of an Alanis Moriesette song when I hear him griping about “lobbyists” with those same two vampires….errrrrr professional lobbyists right there with him. “It’s like rain on your wedding day/It’s a free ride when you’ve already paid.”
That’s enough of that. Let’s get an update on the guest blog hosts for vacation. We have added to the first three (Kinzie Kenner, Jeff, Kami Andrews) Tricia Deveraux has confirmed that she will take part in an Evil Angel day. We will also have our new toy reviewer Savanna Switzer. That’s five days folks. We’re half way there.
