2013 Football Pick Em: Week Two A Severely Good Week
The NFL season kicked off last week and so too did another year of RogReviews.com Football Pick Em. For those don’t play fantasy football, this is a way to have a little fun. It’s simple. Players pick games based on actual betting lines and score points for each win. No money on the line, but there are prizes. It is not too late to join. Just follow the sign up instructions below.
This week’s leader board has a decidedly “severe” feel to it. To honor that, check out SevereSocietyFilms.com. They make great fetish flicks, are awesome people and currently are ruling this pick em league. The stop two spots in the standings are filled by FetishDirector who followed up his week 1 leading 19 with 17 for an early lead. Mistress Dee, also of Severe Society, followed up a solid 13 with a week-best 19 to put her 4 points off of the lead. Week 1 co-leader Bono added 11 points to his early 19 to stay 6 points off of the lead.
Just like last week, five players forgot to enter their picks. That puts the five of them way off the pace and opens the door for any late entries to get in and still make some noise. I guess Ivan is too busy making fantastic porn for Puba to worry about making his picks. Can’t say that I blame him. If I got to shoot Asa Akira or Skin Diamond, I wouldn’t give a rat’s ass about football either.
Mistress Dee and I made the biggest jumps from week one to week two with 6 point increases. (She just beat me both weeks.) Danza slappers dropped 4 points from his total for the biggest drop off. For individual games this week, there were no universal winners. In fact, at least two owners missed every game. There were also two games where all but one owner missed the boat. Danzaslappers was the only owner to pick Tampa Bay to cover against the Saints and only Fetish Director had the Titans covering against the Texans.
