Election Coverage, More MySpace Junk & Keith Olbermann is still a stupid cunt.

Election Coverage: After spending most of yesterday reviewing Eli Cross’ Corruption I had to grind through several reviews today. I also enjoyed watching my new DVD of Disney’s “Cars” three times today. I know, odd mix, but what a great movie that is. This is the first big election that I haven’t worked the polls in a long time and I wasn’t exactly looking to spend the whole night watching the endless coverage. I did make an attempt to watch the early coverage on MSNBC, but that that gaping cunt sore Keith Olbermann behind the desk. Do they honestly not have anyone at that network with any brains or integrity? So I flipped it away from that imbecilic never-was and enjoyed a show about some has-beens who actually had some talent. VH1 was showing “100 Greatest Songs of the 80’s” and that was enough to keep my remote on the arm of the chair for a few hours. It was more fun to watch the usual collection of VH1 experts dissect Prince, Bruce Springsteen and countless 80’s 1 hit wonders. I was struck by a few things. First, Susanna Hoffs is still fucking hot. Second, I still fucking hate the Beastie Boys. (What a bunch of ass clowns.) Thirdly, I agree with Bret Michaels, please, please…we need a Police reunion tour. Finally, I stand by my belief that there should be a cable network devoted entirely to list shows. And at this time, no we don’t know the answer to the big question….which song is the greatest of the 80’s. I’ll keep watching though. I’m sure I should be watching the returns, but I know I can count on AVN to tell me that everything will be fine for adult if the Dems win or on Tod to tell me that voter fraud only exists if the Democrats lose. (If you really want an outrage though, “London Calling” couldn’t even crack the top 40. That’s fucking shameful.)
Eye Candy: Some very hot Silvia Saint for ya.
More on Corruption: So yesterday I touched on the controversy surrounding Eli Cross’ Corruption. As you can see I have finally reviewed the four-hour epic and you read the lengthy review at your leisure. It is a very interesting movie and at over four hours, it’s quite an experience. For anyone who is looking for something different, look no further. The script is tight and the acting is tremendous. Bryn Pryor (Eli Cross) is brilliant in the lead role. His two love interests, Kylie Ireland and Hillary Scott are also really good. Also of note is the performance by Alana Evans. She gives a great scene that is about as close to “normal” as anything we get from the movie. Her acting is also top-notch. We don’t often get to see Alana in this kind of role so it was really nice to see her do well. As for the controversy, come on. The Catholic thing was mild, particularly compared to some of the serious psychological stuff later in the movie. It’s a dark movie with rather dark depictions of sexuality. I like the way Cross kept things consistent. So often we get features that try to be dark and then slip us soft and fuzzy sex scenes. None of that here. Check it out, but just be ready for a long and often depressing journey.
Eye Candy: Taking a trip in the way-back machine Check Out Jeanna Fine.
Big Day for Brit: Wow, Britney Spears hit the news twice in one day. First a judge threw out her lawsuit against US Weekly over the alleged sex tape. Apparently the judge didn’t think Brit could prove that US made up the story or that such a story would really hurt her public image. Couple that with the announcement that she has filed for divorce from KFed (OK, who won the pool?) and you have a very busy day for the pop princess turned mommy. What does this mean for us? Well, as porn fans it means that if such a video did exist, KFed may be making a beeline to Red Light District with what is sure to be the hottest selling porn tape ever. As a society, the split means that we may never again have to refer to this no-talent leech of a trailer park reject as “K-Fed.” Good luck Brit and Kevin, if you really do have that tape. I take back that no-talent trailer park thing, let’s see the goods brother.
Gamelink Special: Between now and December 31st Gamelink is offer a free Return of the Assmaster DVD with the purchase of any three Evil Angel discs. (My Girlfriend’s Whore Friend….PICK IT UP!)

Here is a little “Honesty” quiz I filled out on MySpace. (Yes, I was bored.)
1. Honestly, what color is your underwear?
White

2. Honestly, whats on your mind?
That porn movies should never be four hours long, that it is already dark at just after five and wondering if the Celtics are on TV right now.
3. Honestly, what are you doing right now?
Reviewing “Corruption” and eating mini Oreos left over from lunch.
5. Honestly, do you think you are attractive?
Attractive, no. Appealing? To people who get to know me and appreciate my sense of humor I think I can be charming. To the people who know the real me and can see what I’m passionate about, yeah I think those people can usually find something attractive about me. (I know, the question was about looks, so back to, no.)
6. Honestly, have you done something bad today?
I wasted about an hour and a half of time I really don’t have to waste this week.
7. Honestly, do you watch disney channel?
Sometimes.
8. Honestly, are you jealous of someone right now?
Honestly, no. Wow. I’m pretty damn happy with things today.
9. Honestly, what makes you happy most of the time?
My boys. The little things they do every day to remind me why I do all of the other stupid shit that makes up my day.
10. Honestly, do you bite your nails?
Not any more. I used to bite them all the time. I even used to bite the cuticles until they bled. Bad nervous habit, but that all stopped when I got braces and couldn’t do it any more.
11. Honestly, do you dye your hair?
No. I did once when I supposed to be Paul McCartney in an air band competition.
12. Honestly, have you had an eating disorder?
No. I eat too much of the wrong things, but that is just pure choice.

13. Honestly, do you want to see someone this very minute?
Honestly no. I want another hour alone to finish this movie, then yes.
14. Honestly, do you have a deep dark secret?
That no one knows about? No. I think that someone knows all of my secrets. One person knows them all, or at least used to. I have a few secrets that MOST people in my daily life don’t know.
15. Honestly, do you have a friend you don’t actually like?
I have a couple of friends I like for short windows of time. Some are too cynical for my taste, others too caustic. Mostly though, I keep the people I don’t like in that “friendly distance” camp.
16. Honestly, when was the last time you lied?
I honestly don’t remember. Perhaps yesterday.
17. Honestly, are you loyal?
I think I am. I stand by those I care about and don’t turn my back on them.
18. Honestly, are you in denial?
I don’t think so.
19. Honestly, who would you wanna be with right now?
No one. I still have 20 minutes to go in this movie.
20. Honestly, do you like someone?
Sure. I have admiration crushes on a few people.
