Bonnie Rotten is pulling double duty in this XXX parody. By playing the lead and directing the flick, Bonnie’s footprint is all over this one. For Cape Fear she takes on a role Robert DeNiro made creepily famous and does a pretty great job with it. Her directing is also impressive. The original is a chilling, violent and provocative movie. The XXX parody keeps that same spirit in a way that is really interesting. The violent tone is still there with most of the actual violence happening off camera. Chanel Preston plays a lawyer with a shaky marriage, a great kid one seriously deranged former client. When Bonnie gets out of jail, she is intent on punishing the lawyer who threw her case and allowed her to rot in prison. Bonnie’s plans for revenge are intricate, intimate and fucked up. Along the way, we get some great sex scenes. Bonnie and Chanel Preston carry most of the action. Surprisingly enough, they don’t get a scene together. Chanel opens the movie with a very hot scene with Alec Knight. She proves to be a loving and lusty wife as well as beautiful eye candy.
