Jersey Boys XXX Parody Nearly Leads Pack with Dozen AVN Award Nominations

For many in the adult movie business, the day they announce the AVN Award nominations is much like the morning when they announce the Academy Awards or the Golden Globe hopefuls. Actors, producers, directors and company executives await the announcement with great anticipation hoping their project or star is in the running for a coveted trophy which often boosts interest in a film and saves careers. Will Ryder is no stranger to AVN Award nominations. But even the director himself expressed surprise this week when he did a head count and found that his porn parody musical about Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, was nearly the top-nominated porn movie in the AVN Awards nominations. It garnered a whopping 12 AVN Award nominations, including Best Parody, Best Screenplay and Best Soundtrack. Two other titles had 13.
“We knew we created an entertaining movie that is really fun to watch and pleasant for couples to view together. To see fans as well as critics enjoying the movie, the girls, the song and dance musical numbers and offering high praise is the reason we make porn,” stated Ryder. “Wait a minute, I take that back. The reason we make porn is to see beautiful ladies getting naked and having sex but I digress.”
Getting naked and having sex is one of the best things about the Jersey Boys XXX parody but what really separates this movie from the rest-of-the-pack is the extravagant musical song and dance numbers that litter the movie like speeding drivers throwing trash out of car windows in the 1960s. “This is the most enjoyable porn movie of the year”, stated Dirty Bob of the X-Rated Critics Organization.
“It looks like Will Ryder has struck gold again,” wrote Art Koch, National Features & DVD Editor, NightMoves Magazine in his review on the All Adult Network.com
“Superb parody songs catchy as hell,” wrote Don Houston in his review for Xcritic.com
The porn musical has already picked up the NightMoves First Choice Award proclaiming it the movie to watch this year.
“We are really happy with the AVN nominations committee for this major recognition but I really hope Frankie Valli enjoys our parody when he watches it on his tour bus. We’re sending him a copy and we hope he has a really good sense of humor and laughs, otherwise I’m sure I’ll be meeting his buddy Guido in a dark alley,” Ryder joked.
After getting a recording contract in 1961, Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons screw their way through an endless parade of gorgeous naked groupies as they rise to pop music superstardom. Cute girls worship the boys and offer their youthful beautiful bodies for willing sexual experimentation as the Jersey Boys travel from the early 1960s to 1974 complete with unbelievable live performance songs and authentic costumes.
Not Jersey Boys XXX A Porn Musical stars Zoey Monroe, Carmen Caliente, Anya Ivy, Bailey Bae, Mila Blaze, Sunny Lane, Ryder Skye and Lucky Star. The five male leads—Tommy Pistol as Frankie Valli, Eric John, Chad White, Kurt Lockwood and Chad Diamond are brilliant in their portrayal of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. Joining the cast is James Bartholet as the Hit Man, Roy Karch as the Mob Boss and Will Ryder as homosexual lyricist and record producer Bob Crewe.
The movie was awarded 11 XBiz Award Nominations earlier this month cementing it as one of the great movies of 2014 and possibly the greatest porn musical ever.
