I don’t know when I started getting Rog Rule pictures for eye candy. It was sometime back in the late 90’s when Kellyfire and Layla Jade carried signs around to shoots and shot with the Kerkoves and Jessie J. Shortly after that I bought some Rog Rules T Shirts and the rest (As they say) is history. So far the eye candy shots have been almost exclusively industry related. Female performers, directors, PR girls and other behind the scenes hotties have pleased us for years. This past year we got the first reader’s wife shot and toy reviewer Savana Switzer started in on some real-girl stuff as well.

Until last week, the Rog Rules world tour was just a dream, but now we can say that it has had its first stop. Not in the Valley, or Hollywood or even Las Vegas though. Stop one on the Rog Rules world tour happened right in the heartland of America, Merriam, Kansas to be exact. KC’s Neighborhood Bar located at 10201 W. 47th Street in Merriam, KS was the scene for a combination Rog Rules party and birthday celebration for two of Savana’s close friends Clay Crockett and Eric Willer. To help honor their 21st and 37th birthdays respectively, Savana broke out the Rog Rules T shirts and some special party favors I sent. (Toys and DVDs)

Thanks to some quick thinking by Savana, the event became a party partially sponsored by RogReviews.com. She passed out shirts to patrons who wanted to sport the gear. As you can see, the T-Shirts went over well. Somehow Savana had total strangers and non-porn folks sporting the colors and keeping the Rog Rules logo nicely stretched across breasts that were actually home grown in middle America. Next time I will have to remember to send some shirts for the guys as well.

One of the highlights of the evening was a karaoke competition with sex toys as prizes. I think I’d like to call it Sex Toy Karaoke, but I would hate to offend my friends at PSK. (Speaking of which, I really need to go back again soon.) As you can see from the photos, they got a pretty good participation rate and it looks like at least some of these folks sang while sober. In between songs, the DJ could be heard belting out “Remember that tonight’s birthday party is sponsored by the king of crass, that sultan of slut, the purveyor of porn, www.rogreviews.com!” (Big thanks to Savana for coining that big of poetic gold.) Toys were awarded to the top three finishers. The winners were are pictured in the gallery with their toys.

Hopefully this is just the first of many RogReviews.com parties from coast to coast. If you know of a local spot, bar, frat house, whatever that would like to host one, let me know. I’ll hook you up with some goodies and it will be a great time. There is already talk of another RogReviews.com night at KC’s Neighborhood Bar. Perhaps next time we can work in some porn trivia, smut-vocabulary challenge and of course some real or not porn name competitions. It should be a good time for all.
