Sin Spin Takes On Mark Davis! (Or Is It The Other Way Around?)
March 11, 2003 (Silicone Valley, CA): With his sexy accent, blue-eyed stare and ever-ready rock-hard cock, Mark Davis has quietly built a name for himself as being one of the most reliable and highest-paid male performers in the adult industry today. After being inducted into the AVN Hall of Fame at the AVN Awards in January 2003 and announcing his step into directing with Zero Tolerance Entertainment, he decided to call on Carly Milne’s PR firm Sin Spin to help spread the word of his accomplishments.
“I was familiar with Carly’s work from AVN, and then we became acquainted when she started working with Metro,” Davis says. “I’ve always thought she does great work, so when she came available, I figured it would be the perfect time for us to merge our talents.”
As for Milne, her reasons for agreeing to work with Davis were pretty simple.
“Mark is a real professional, he’s well spoken, and all the girls love him,” Milne says. “I originally hadn’t entertained the idea of repping a male talent, but when you’re approached by the best, how can you say no? Plus, he choked me, so I didn’t really feel that I had much choice.”
Davis entered the adult arena at the tender age of 18 when he was recruited by Playgirl to be in a layout they were doing of Canadian men (he was living in the Great White North at the time.) From there he went on the road with the Chippendales until age 22, and also dabbled in modeling for everyone from the Sears catalogue to doing mainstream commercial work. Adult came calling not long after Davis had started doing still work for some of the top adult magazines, like Hustler and Penthouse. After finding he had no trouble maintaining an erection for five hours during photo shoots, he took the plunge into doing porno full time. And the rest, as they say, is history.
But now Davis has picked up a gig as a director for Zero Tolerance, where he’s shooting soon-to-be-classics like Ass Cleavage and No Holes Barred.
“I recently had the opportunity to watch Davis in action on one of his sets, and it was phenomenal,” Milne says. “He was telling everyone where to go and what to do while drilling the hell out of Sophie Evans at the same time. I’ve never seen a naked man move so fast, with the exception of one getting busted for cheating on his girlfriend. If what I saw was any indication, Mark Davis is going to make as big a name for himself as a director as he has as talent.”
