Time Warner Sucks: I don’t know when this blog will be posted because once again my fucking cable internet is out. I swear I am on the damn phone with these people at LEAST once a month. They run a bunch of tests and always tell me that nothing is wrong. When they have exhausted their tests, they schedule a visit from a tech. That’s usually a few days delay. The guy today was really nice. After first telling me it would be a FULL WEEK before they could get out, he was able to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Oh joy, I am only without internet connection for five days instead of eight. Half the time the connection comes back before they tech shows up. The other half of the time the tech shows up, checks some shit outside and fixes it. Either way, it’s a pain in the ass and I have no freaking clue when they might be able to help me this time. I swear I don’t know anyone who loses internet connection one tenth as often as I do. I really need to look into the speed of DSL or wireless. This is just ridiculous. I depend too much on having a connection that actually works. OK, rant over.

New Interview: That’s right, another new interview. There are quite a few coming, but for now you can read or listen to my interview with Natasha Nice. NBA Finals: I pretty much covered all that there was to say about the NBA Finals, but there was something I wanted to mention. After the ending of game four, I listened very carefully to what King James had to say about the obvious foul committed by Bruce Bowen. He was grabbed on the play and probably should have been awarded three free throws. That’s no guarantee that he would have made them, but clearly the refs missed the call. Though he pleaded his case with the ref on the court, LeBron took the mike for the press conference and was all class. He didn’t blame the officials, didn’t give us some subtle slam or play the victim. Remember folks, this guy is twenty two years old and the face of the NBA. He just lost a huge game where at the very least he failed to get the benefit of the doubt usually given to superstars. Remember all that and then contrast that with how Kobe Bryant would have handed the same situation. Kobe is always pointing fingers, always whining and always acting like he’s entitled to every call, every break and that he is somehow above criticism. I think it’s pretty clear that LeBron is not only the better player at this point, but also the better person.

More Porn Feuding: It seems as if Skeeter Kerkove has some bad things to say about his ex Sierra Sinn. In the middle of one his patented rants, Skeeter makes references to Sierra being a “tweaker”, having a “black pimp” and stealing movies using his Blockbuster card. In response, Sierra says that Skeeter’s lying and that she just wants to move on with the next chapter of her life. Far be it from me to get in the middle of one of these fights, but I’d like to extend an open invitation to both Skeeter and Sierra if they have something they want to say. I’ll put it up and let everyone hear it directly from them. On a side note, who the hell steals movies from Blockbuster? Is there really a black market for stolen DVDs? I was sitting in front of the Blockbuster down the street today eating one of those Hawaiian burgers from Carl’s Jr. and they had a huge rack of DVD’s at five buck a piece. If that is the going rate at a retail store, then someone would have to steal a whole fucking bunch of them to come up with a good haul. Maybe Skeeter or Sierra can shed some light on that. Consider the invitation open to both of you.
