This is an early favorite for parody of the year. Why wouldn’t it be? Axel Braun seems to win this award every year. This epic DC comic parody seems tailor made for more trophies. To make matters better, it’s worth the attention and accolades. My biggest complaint about Braun’s work (and most in the genre lately) is that they are all costume and no story. That is not a problem here. The costumes are fantastic as usual. But this time the story is very good as well. There is a good plot, plenty of action and the opportunity for the actors to really sink their teeth into some dialog. The story takes some really dark turns and is very heavy. It’s not the usual porn story and I have to say that I really like it. Sexually, the movie is a cut above what this genre has offered in recent years. The story adds to some of the sexual heat and combines with the costumes to overcome a lack of (female) superstar punch. Don’t get me wrong, the women do a great job. In fact, this is one of the stronger comic parodies from a sexual standpoint in a while. Kleio Valetein stands out in every regard. Her dialog scenes are really outstanding and her sexual heat is fantastic. She is a perfect Harley Quinn and should be consider a dark horse for Best Supporting Actress. Two very hot scenes from her make this a complete performance. Britney Amber turns in a very good opening blowjob. Her character could come back so we can enjoy all of her charms. Carter Cruise is beautiful as Supergirl. Her sex scene is hot and gives us just one of the unexpected twists in this movie. Aiden Ashley comes in for a hot threesome that Kleio kind of steals. Kleio’s own scene with Batman is perfectly shot costume fantasy fun. Alison Tyler gets to play Wonder Woman and does so very nicely. Her finale with the two title heroes is blistering hot. I hope she comes back and has an even bigger role in the next movie. Overall this is the best superhero movie we have seen in quite some time. It has a great story, outstanding performances and sex that is hot beyond the costume appeal. Axel better make room on his shelf for another trophy.
