Coming Home, 9/11 & Three Horrible Stories
Coming Home: This has been kind of a slow year for big features, but Wicked just sent me a serious contender. Brad Armstrong’s Coming Home (Read the Review Here) is an emotional tale of love, war, betrayal and confrontation. It stars Armstrong and Kirsten Price as lovers torn apart by armed conflict halfway around the globe. It’s an odd topic for an adult movie, but Armstrong handles things really well. Kirsten proves that she is not only one of the most beautiful women in the industry, but also one of the bet actresses as well. This is about the time of year that companies roll out their big features, so consider this title a good first volley .

9/11: I didn’t write anything about September 11th this year. I just didn’t have it in me. So much about that day has been politicized that I just decided not to write anything up. I took some time to watch some of the memorials and that was enough for me. What struck me was how easily we have all trivialized the whole thing. How it has become a date, an icon, a lightning rod, a political football and a punch line. For me it will always be about those people falling from windows, the police and firefighters who risked everything to do their duty and the overwhelming sense of sadness I feel thinking of the families whose lives will never be the same.

Ugly Story #1: Some of you may have read this horrible story from West Virginia. If you missed it, you can Read about it here. Basically six people held a 20 year old woman captive for a week, sexually abusing and torturing her the whole time. What everyone is focusing on of course is race. The victim is black and all of the attackers are white. That has opened the door for people to call for hate crime charges. At this point, prosecutors are avoiding those charges and sticking with things like kidnapping, rape and assault because they carry stiffer penalties. Frankly I think I’m more disgusted by this simple fact. Three of the attackers are WOMEN!. Look, the whole thing is fucked up. Anyone who would kidnap, rape and torture a woman is a fucking scumbag who doesn’t deserve to live. If said scumbag does so based on the race or the woman then he’s a racist scumbag who doesn’t deserve to live. That we are talking about both women and men makes the whole thing even worse. And one of the women is the mother of one of the douche bags. If there was ever a case for mandatory sterilization, this whole fucked up family tree would qualify. According to police records, one of the suspects cut her ankle with a knife while saying, “That’s what we do to [racial slur] around here.” Perhaps someone should say as the key is turned locking these six vile, ignorant, rapist piles of human shit “that’s what we do fucktards like you around here.” Sorry for the rant guys, I’m just fucking floored by this story.

New Good Porn: Last week I strongly recommended that you pick up a copy of Greatest Sodomania Series Ever and I still say that is the best buy out there right now. If you’re a fan of porn from the 90’s, it is a must have. There are some good titles out this week as well. I should have a review of Robby D’s “Filth Comes First” up later today. There is also a new Mike John movie that I’m reviewing next. Is it me, or is every single DVD on the market these days at least three hours long? Are you guys still buying DVDs? Are you doing VOD per minute? Signing up for web sites? Speaking of, did any of you check out that Southern Charms hottie I reviewed last week? I need some feedback people. Horrible Story #2: So while we are all up in arms of a Senator tapping his foot for gay sex in a bathroom (Oh if only it were that easy to get a hot chick to bone eh?) we apparently missed this sad tidbit about Charles Rust-Tierney. The man who was President of the Virginia chapter of the ACLU for 12 years was recently sentenced to seven years in prison for downloading child pornography. He actually got one year less than the minimum recommended sentence for such a crime, probably because he led what had been an “exemplary” life up until this recent fall from grace. He even took responsibility for his crimes which I find rather shocking in this day and age. Rust-Tierney said “I know what I have done is wrong, morally and legally. My conduct in paying the producers of this material is reprehensible. I am filled with contrition, remorse and shame.” On the other end of spectrum, this wasn’t just your average run-of-the-mill kiddie porn. (Honestly, is there such a thing?) According to the judge in the case, it was “the most abhorrent kind,” including torture and sexual assaults on children as young as 6. And just in case we are tempted to forgive a simple mistake, he apparently spend hundreds of dollars to join a number of illegal sites and had more than 850 images and 36 videos of sexually abused children. This is a horrible case and is especially sad since it casts the ACLU in a bad light. Then again, they often defend people like Mr. Rust-Tierney. Perhaps they should re-think that aspect of the organization. Who was looking out for the civil liberties of the children who were raped and tortured for the amusement of people like him? Sad, sick and sad.

Bree Olson: I have another horrible story, but I just couldn’t stand to put it right after the last one. So consider this just some porn filler. Bree Olson is fucking hot. I just finished watching her in Filth Cums First and last week got to see her in Long Dong Black Kong. The girl has everything. A beautiful face, an incredible body and sexual energy to spare. I know that she is a contract girl now and things will probably change for her, but I would have to put her right at the top of the list for hottest rookies of 2007. Any thoughts? Horrible Story #3: Just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse. (No this isn’t a story about the Oakland Raiders) Kenneth John Freeman agreed this week to be extradited from Hong Kong to the US. What is this lovely example of humanity’s crime? Oh, just (allegedly) raped his 14 year old daughter, taped and distributed it on the internet. To be fair, Freeman claims to be innocent and must be tried before we pass judgment. On the other hand, the videos of the girl being raped by her father were apparently a popular download. What the fuck? Come on. I love porn. I love edgy porn. I don’t see anything wrong with role play, fantasy and pretty much anything two consenting adults want to do. But this shit? The rape of a teenage girl? By her dad? Where exactly does one find people who want to see that? (Try the Virginia chapter of the ACLU perhaps?) If Freeman is guilty, I hope they throw him into a cell with those sick freaks from the first story. Maybe they can use their well honed torture techniques on this piece of work.
