Round Two: Top Ten Males, Females, Newbies and Celebs

Best Female Performer: The Jenna Haze train rolls on with a 66% round that blew away the competition. Aurora Snow won a three way heat for second, beating out Katsuni and Paulina James to make the top ten once again. (And yet she never wins this thing.) Jesse Jane and Lela Star advanced from the contract girls bracket, beating out Carmen Luvana and Stormy Daniels. (Killer bracket there.) Brianna Love and Tory Lane came out of the tightest bracket top to bottom. Seven percent separated one from four in that one. Bree Olson and Hillary Scott barely held off Teagan. I figured that we would see Teagan in the final four, but she did pretty well for a year when she didn’t do a lot of movies. Sasha Grey won her bracket, taking another step towards following up her Best Newbie award from 06 with a Best Female Performer here in 07. Eva Angelina joins her in the top ten, continuing the great year is having. I’ve got three of my original final four still alive. Looks like I might do OK here. Best Male Performer: Now for the guys. Tommy Gunn and Evan Stone join Erik Everhard and Mr. Marcus as easy entrants into the top ten. Jules Jordan continued his great run, beating out Lexington Steele in a close battle. Michael Stefano, Randy Spears,. Manuel Ferrara and Scott Nails round out the top ten. This is the only category where my original final four picks are still alive. (My Picks for the Final Four: Erik Everhard, Jules Jordan, Lexington Steele & Tommy Gunn)

Best Newbie: Shay Jordan seemed like an easy choice and she won bracket one by a good margin. The second choice was a bit of a surprise. Brand new Jenny Hendrix took out Alexis Texas. Am I the only one who was surprised by that? Bobbi Starr and Audrey Bitoni also advanced rather easily. Rebeca Linares has the easiest time, pulling in nearly sixty percent of the vote. Brea Bennett beat out Riley shy by a single vote to advance. Bree Olson and Ashlynn Brooke advanced from bracket four. Whitney won the battle of the Stevens sisters, doubling Britney’s votes and advancing along with Ashley Jensen. All four of my picks for this one are still going. We’ll see how it turns out. Most Wanted Celebrity:OK another category where I still have all four of my picks in the running. I’m just glad to see that Jennifer Love Hewitt is still alive. Hell, if she wins I might just pony up for the extra trophy and send it to her. What are the chances we’ll EVER see Jenny Love in a Rog Rules T Shirt?
