Tony Batman reports from the floor of the convention center:
As you all might have expected, the posts are starting to slow down already and we let a few hours of floor time pass while we caught a little nap up in out room. There is plenty to talk about though so we trudge on with the grueling details of the AEE/AVN show.
When we hit the floor for day two we had our second video camera operator in as many days. Our guy from yesterday went home and the new guy just arrived in the morning from Los Angeles. We have to thank Mike from Generation XXX Productions and Photographer Rick Garcia for making that happen in a matter of hours for the A! Crew.
Our first stop was the Hustler booth, where we got to make happy time with the likes of Celeste Star, Nevaeh, Lexi Tyler, Maya Gates, Holly Wellin and a few others, we were a bit wore out from the night before so we did a lot of our first interviews sitting down. No autographs please!
We then made out way over to the Vivid booth which was filled with a bevy of incredibly beautiful women. We got to hang out with Savanna Sampson, Sunny Leone, Monique Alexander and some of Vivid-Alt girls while we were there.
Then in a change of gears we went to work in the booth of the people that sponsored our trip here to the show. ImLive.com. They had Aria Giovanni, Sunny Leone, Courtney Cummz, Elektra Blue and Sunny Lane, I think there may have been more but I can’t remember because the powder blue colored booth was packed with people most of the time.
We were able to capture a few interviews in the ImLive booth as the crowd walked by. Our Hollywood party partner Tori Black stopped by and told us how her day was going, New Sensations contract star Ashlynn Brooke stopped by while on her way between signings, and a few more but we will have to wait to see the tape because, it was a crazy day and I just can’t remember it all right now.
We decided to take a few hours off and go to dinner with our longtime AVN show buddies and good friends Aaron and Donna Wells, if you remember from TonyBatman.com a while back we told you about Aaron shooting the volcano’s of the world. His Silver beach Productions gets to do a lot of cool mainstream stuff like that.
We are off to the parties of the night, but that is an entire page in itself so we will be back in a handful of hours to tell you all about it.

1> Nicki Hunter
Looking great and very good to see her. The best I have seen her
in years. So nice, so friendly and so upbeat. Welcome back Nicki!
2> Raymond (Owner of Unique Video – Northern Cal.)
I needed to take a break and end up sitting next to Raymond. He has
attended many AVN conventions over the years. We had a great time
discussing Porn, Porn Stars and video stores. We both noticed that
too many of the gals were not very fan friendly. It was great
talking to him. Thanks Raymond.
3> Porche Lynn
She was walking around by herself and I said hi and she came over
and talked to me, The Coach, Bobby Rinaldi and my friend Ace
Cartier. What a beautiful person and how so very nice to talk
to us and she was interested in us as much we were in her. A
true Hall of Famer and very classy.
4> CAVR Trophy winners
Carmen Hart. MVP of Year.
So very beautiful and so very nice. Surprised that she won
again and gladly posed for pictures for Ace Cartier. We had
a nice talk about her visit to Columbus, OH last year and
she remembered posing for a picture with my neighbor Don.

Stormy Daniels. Features Director of Year.
One of the hottest ladies in the entire entertainment field.
Robby D. for Babysitters – HD DVD Movie of Year.
Rog introduced us and we had a very nice talk. He is very
proud of Babysitters. I thanked him for the nice support
he gave to me on ADT awhile back. Robby said he thought he
had a hit with this movie and he is very happy that it seems
to have clicked with customers. Then we had a very nice
private chat about a very special person in his life and
someone I have loved for years.
Shay Jordan – BTS (actress) of Year.
Robby introduced me to Shay. I told her she proved Rog
correct when he named her the 2007 Next Big Thing! She is
very cute and has a great bubbly personality. She asked
me why I liked her BTS work and I said she is so upbeat
and fun. Shay was also nominated for MVP of Year.
Rebeca Linares – Performer of Year.
What a sexy gal and cute as a button. We did have a language
problem and I didn’t understand what she was saying and I
am pretty sure she didn’t understand me. I told her she was
in very good company because Sandra Romain won last year.
We basically just smiled at each other. Did I mention how
sexy she is!
Gianna Michaels – Star of Year.
For the last few years I have given her a certicate for
various nominations and she sees me walking towards her
she yells out, ‘Certificate guy’. I told her she didn’t
get a certificate this year and then I paused and gave
her the trophy.
Bobbi Starr – Starlet (newbie) of Year.
She was being interviewed by Lee Carver at the Evil Angel
booth. When they were done, I said hi to her and told her
that my screensaver is a photo of Bobbi holding her
trophy. I still think she is as cute as they come and an
extremely hot performer! We laughed about her having an
unfair advantage because of the ADT Party introduction.
Later, Bobbi and Gianna were dancing side-by-side at
the Evil Angel booth and were both very popular.
Darryl Hanah – MILF of Year.
Last year on the last day I saw Darryl and I just handed
her a certificate and said Hi and Congrats. This year I
couldn’t find her until late Thursday. She was outside
Jules Jordan’s booth bent forward and resting on her
elbows. (What a perfect view). Just as I slipped her
the trophy Jules Jordan started talking to her. She turned
and thanked me and I told her to return talking to Jules
and we could talk later. Who knows, maybe a MILF movie
with Darryl and JJ? We can always hope.
Bobby Rinaldi – Gonzo Director of Year.
Bobby continues to shine. He puts out good quality movies
that are as hot as anybody else. He is the Rodney Dangerfield
of Porn Directors and doesn’t get any respect. And, I don’t
understand why. I wish others would check out his work. I
say keep them coming.
The Coach. – BTS Director of Year.
He has the 2nd best job in world and he LOVES his job. All
the gals love him. If you want to have fun at AEE convention,
just walk along with The Coach and check out how much the
gals wave to him and talk to him. It is uncanny. I think BTS
is a great bonus that DVDs have over VHS and I don’t think
a BTS director has to be female to be any good.
5> Rog
This is the only time of year I get to be around this genius
and I love every second of it. He is far more than just a
reviewer. He has a top rated web site with very good and
interesting reviews and a blog. We don’t always see eye to
eye of things, but such is life. I don’t actually do a
review, I just give basic sex info about each scene. Rog
gives a full review that includes the sex and the
storyline. He might be the busiest man at AEE conventions
with all of his interviews and trophy passing out. Thanks
for all you do Rog! You are the best.
6> Jeff of IAFD
Another very fine gentleman that I have known for over 12 years.
Last year when I was having hosting problems, Jeff took over
CAVR.com and moved it to his file server. My life is so much
better now that Jeff is running things. When my reviewing days
are over, all the reviews will be on Jeff’s site to use as
long as they have any value. And, Jeff is the mastermind of
IAFD.com
7> Tricia Devereax
What a great lady. First she was one the hottest stars of her
time and now she is the MVP of Evil Empire. Dirty Bob found
a photo of Tricia & Coral Sands & Jessie James & Tiffany
Mynx dancing at the 1997 AVN convention show and I gladly
gave it to her. Why isn’t Tricia in somebody’s Hall of Fame?
As usual, Tricia was working her ass off the entire show
and did her very best to make sure her talent was happy
and making sure the fans stayed in line.
8> Eli Cross and Kylie Ireland
Eli actually grabbed me and brought me into his booth to talk
with him and Kylie. He questioned my comments about poor
picture quality. He position is that he doesn’t have poor
picture quality, but rather intentional mood lighting. I
agree that he does not have poor picture quality, but it
is dark at times. Eli says that unless the scene is well
lite I won’t give it a good review. He does have a point.
He questioned me about my mainstream favorite movie and
then we discussed it. Eli is very smart and quite frankly
much samrter than me and is 100 times more knowledgeable
about cinema matters than I will ever be. I admire him
a lot and actually like his movies. Eli has all that
talent and Hall of Fame Super Star Kylie!
Note: I told Eli that I sometimes had to have XRCO
co-manager Dick Freeman read Eli’s writings
and then explain them to me.
9> Tommy Kaye
You got to hand it to a guy who follows his dream and never
gives up. Tommy keeps making good quality movies with
lots of nice extras. All he needs is a break and he will
emerge in the top echleon of Directors. While talking with
Tommy, Mel stopped by. Mel does BDSM movies and I remembered
him from a 1996 ECVS party I attended. He didn’t remember me
because I was a tag along with Dirty Bob. Rebel Dean was the
star of the party and Tommy said, ‘Hey, I was at that party
too’. Small world.
10> ADT & IAFD & Friends
Adult DVD Talk.
A great bunch of guys that treat me very well and
help me with whatever I need. It is truly appreciated.
IAFD.
These are the guys that keep IAFD running and help me
with many corrections that my reviews cause them.
Ace Cartier.
Thanks buddy for walking with me, for IDing the gals
I get confused on and for talking pictures. Love your

Had a nice meeting with Drew and the BTS problem is over.

I will review Jules Jordan movies in 2008. Thanks JJ
for putting me back on your list. He also told me what
movie is going to be his first ever HD DVD release. It
will be a block buster!
Jeff Mullen.
Nice chat with Jeff and he has some very big projects
for 2008 that sound very promising!
Brandon Iron.
Always a pleasure to talk to Brandon. A real gentleman
and interesting. Look for a big comeback monstar year
from Brandon.
Jim Gunn.

Told me he did 300 scenes last year, but only released

Aurora Snow.
Told her I was lucky to be the only person to review
her secret POV BJ scene with Rog. She said, ‘Do you
mean Ron Jeremy?’. I said no, with Rog of Rog Reviews’.
She gave me this weird look and said, ‘I did not do
that scene!’.
