MLK, Chuck & New Interview
MLK: I missed the post on April 4, but wanted to take a moment to reflect back on that April day in Memphis 40 years ago. I was only a baby when Dr. King was slain 40 years ago, but his presence has been felt my entire life. I’m sure you have all read or heard plenty this week about his life, his death, his impact, his legacy and all of that. I’m sure you all have your own feelings on that and have heard every possible political angle on it. I’m not going to do any of that. Yes we still have work to do, but thanks in part to Dr. King, things have improved in our country in the last 40 years. As we see the last desperate hold outs of the misery merchant industry grow increasingly less influential we can continue to hope that we may one day live in a world where our children will be judged solely on the “content of their character.” I know that we can never wipe out feelings of racism and bigotry in the world, but call me an optimist. I still believe that things can and will get better. And for this, we all owe Dr. King a debt of gratitude.

New Interview: I’ve got another new interview up on the site. This time it’s Digital Playground’s new babe Stoya. You can read the interview with Stoya here. She was pretty new with DP found here, having done some stuff for RazorDolls.com and a couple of Alt-Porn projects. She decided to drop the alt and do some real porn and we’re all better for that decision. Be careful though, she may look sweet, but she likes to “hurt people” and has left a trail of broken and mutilated men in her wake. (One guy has an S scarred into his back and he didn’t even get a handjob for his troubles.) If you think that’s fun, wait until you read about her ultimate fantasy scene. It involved clown make up, a clean colon, whipped cream and some stuff you probably won’t see in a Digital Playground movie. She joins Adrianna Lynn as the new girls on the team and unlike so many contract girls, Stoya has an open butt policy when it comes to penises. Thank goodness for that. Farewell Chuck: RIP Charlton Heston. I know that I’m older than a lot of you reading this site and even I’m of an age where Chuck was mostly that nutty old dude screaming that Soylent Green was in fact people. Still, it’s sad when someone like Heston passes. It’s also sad that I can only think of Solent and Planet of the Apes when I’m searching for great quotes. In recent years people may remember him as a polarizing political figure in Hollywood. His involvement with NRA didn’t win him any friends in that community though the hatchet job Michael Moore did on him a few years back. Long before he was involved in Second Amendment issues, Heston marched with Civil Rights leaders and positions that weren’t nearly as popular as they should have been. I’m going to have to hit up Netflix and watch a few pre-Any Given Sunday Heston flicks. (May even have to go past Tombstone by a few decades.) God Speed Chuck.
