Brian Surewood, Web Site Review & Epic Game 7

Reader Email: I got an interesting email and halfway through my response I decide that I would go ahead and post it. I realize that this is an important and sensitive issue. If anyone has anything to say about the Surewood situation or my response to this question, shoot me an email.

What is your opinion about this whole Brian Surewood business that he’s now in jail for(with a possible 25-to-life senetence about to slapped upon him),for even though he was foolish in recklessly speedracing and exchanging cut-off road antics with the guy he was racing with(which got that Indian family’s kid unfortunately killed),do you think that the L.A. judicial system is literally slamming the book at Brian because he’s a well known(and[at-the-time] frequently employed)porn star(that seems to be a sin to their eyes)and that they want to use him as an example of their toughening crime laws(even though Brian turned himself him[after leaving the scene of the accident]and apologized for the accident, and even cryed in court when he saw the family),since that’s what it sounds like to me,for a similar incident happened here in Vegas several years ago when a retail assistant manager(named Mitchell Dedloff)killed a handful of people(ten of them, including families)while reckless driving(and speeding)while drunk(leaving a trail of smashed and burning cars in his path),and didn’t turn himself in till a few days later, but he got himself a high powered attorney to get himself a lighter sentence(10 years)and had the Vegas media viewing him as a misunderstood victim(!!!!)despite having Vegas’ toughest judge preciding over the case, for Brian sounds like he would have needed to either plea bargain himself with a guilty plea(for a lighter sentence)and/or obtain a high powered lawyer to receiver a lighter sentence, otherwise it’s a sad end to Brian’s porn career(and life).

Rog Replies:

Wow, this one is a serious issue on many levels. First I want to say that I’ve met Brian Surewood on a number of occasions, have been in house (For an interview with Zupko when he was staying there.) I have always found him to be a very nice person and know in my heart that he never meant for anything bad to happen.

I know that Brian didn’t want for any of this to happen, but we have to be realistic. It did happen and a family lost a young boy as a result. That is really what we should focus on. As porn fans and friends of Brian we naturally want to give him a break. But if this were any Joe Schmo off the street who got reckless and helped contribute to the death of a child we would be ready to string him up. Do I think that the LA Judicial system is railroading Brian because he is involved in porn? I couldn’t say for sure. I haven’t done enough research on what other people in similar situations have been charged with. Would I put it past them? No. But I honestly haven’t seen anything specific that would point me towards that conclusion. Brain was involved, along with another driver in a road rage situation that resulted in the death of a child. That’s a pretty serious thing no matter what we think of the people involved. Frankly I would think that his testimony against the other driver might be worth something. From everything I have read, it was the other kid who is most responsible for the actual death. I have seen Brian’s remorse and believe it be genuine. He is not a perfect man, but he did not mean for this to happen. I can’t bring myself to say it was an “accident” because it was caused by the reckless actions of at least two people and was preventable. It is important though that we don’t make excuses for Brian. What he did was wrong, careless and I’ll bet my house that he would take it all back if he could. I haven’t seen a lot of coverage on the accident and what I have seen certainly didn’t emphasize Brian’s porn connection.
So what do I think? I think that the whole situation is a tragedy. A family lost a child and nothing is going to ever make that right. I have two sons and can not imagine the pain of losing one of them to something so completely preventable. It had nothing to do with porn and everything to do with careless driving. No matter what happens, a child is dead and Brain’s life will never be the same. He is in my thoughts and prayers and I hope he knows that his friends support him and hope he comes out of this all right.

Eye Candy: Like India girls? Here is a site featuring hot Indian babes on spy cam. Looks like they have free trails as well.

Web Site Review: I added a new web site review to the site. www.LilyKoh.com gets the full treatment. This is a sexy little single-girl site. She doesn’t fuck or suck, but shows off in some high quality pics and video clips. If you like pretty young Asians, check it out. In fact, check out the review anyway. I want feedback on the new format. I’m refining it for the new site design and would love to hear what you think.

Eye Candy: Spearking of Lily, Here she is in a hot maid’s uniform for a video gallery.

Get Well Teddy: As most of you know, Senator Kennedy was hospitalized for what was originally thought to be a stroke. As it turns out it was a seizure and they are looking into the cause. Thoughts and prayers to the Senator and his family. I may disagree with him politically almost across the board, but I don’t wish anyone ill simply because I disagree with them. (Thank you mom and dad for teaching me right.) There is too much hate in the world to actually stoop to hating someone for holding different political views that I do.

Eye Candy: Here’s a little something we can all agree on. TeenCumDumpsters.com has some hot girls doing what we wish more girls would.

Game Seven: Wow that was some game seven yesterday. It’s being compared to the Bird/Wilkins game seven from twenty years ago. I wouldn’t go that far. Remember, Wilkins has 16 points in the 4th quarter of that game while Bird has 20 in the same amount of time. (That’s 1.5 baskets per minute from these guys.) Still, James and Pierce put on a show. James is an amazing player and the more I watch him the more I realize that he is as close as the NBA has to the “next Jordan.” Unlike the MVP (Most Vile Predator) out here in LA, James has taken a team that had nothing and turned it into a contender. Jordan did the same. He has carried his team on his back and already has one finals appearance. Kobe “The Little Princess” Bryant was handed a set of rings when he came to LA and was instantly paired with the dominant player in the NBA. No matter how hard he tries, Kobe will never be the “next Jordan” for a lot of reason. James has that title and doesn’t look like he’s going to give it up any time soon. Best of all, James stood up at the end like a man instead of running away and blaming others for his loss. Perhaps someone should tell Kobe to stop faking back injuries, raping girls and crying long for a while and watch tapes of Mr. James.
