Good, Bad & Ugly
It’s been quite a busy week and I haven’t done much blogging. Good week though and I’m keeping up with the pace for September. Two reviews per day so far. DVDs, toys, web sites and even some outside stuff. Had to get ahead though because I’ve got a big weekend coming up. The USC/OSU football game and then Mrs. Rog’s birthday. Tough to work on those days. I hope you’re enjoying the reviews the new formats and the stuff from the new writers. (Still working on those guest bloggers. Got a few who need to step up.)
New Web Site Review: For years I have been searching for someone to review DVDs and web sites in the popular TS niche. I’ve done a few over the years, but I know I can’t really do them justice. The stuff just doesn’t do it for me and I would rather have someone who loves the genre take care of it. I finally found just the right guy in TL Lover Sharky. I’m hoping he comes up with a better name than that. I had to put something down and it was very late when I posted it. This guy just happens to be closely involved with our own toy reviewer and Lexington Steele fan girl Indigo. Somehow calling him Mr. Indigo just didn’t work. Whatever we call him, he’s a guy who loves the genre and knows what people want to see. His first review, of www.LadyBoyPussy.com is up now. He’s brand new and has two more ready to go. I’m sure he would appreciate the feedback. Let me know what he needs to work on. If there are any TS sites you want to see reviewed let me know and I’ll get him working on them.

USC/OSU: In about 12 hours I will leave the house for what promises to be one of the best college football games of the year. It will be a long day with a 5pm start, but what a way to start a season. The first home game for the Trojans and it is against the number 5 team in the country. What could be better than a beautiful day in SoCal, two top teams, hype, fun, beer, coeds and hopefully a classic match up? Thanks to the company of great friends I am sure that my day will be a lot of fun. Earlier in the week I predicted a USC win 24-17. With Wells now apparently out of the game I’m going to say 28-10 USC instead. No matter what I am going to have fun, drink some cold ones and with any luck see plenty of hot coeds in mini-skirts.

Ugly: I don’t quite get the whole Sarah Palin thing. I don’t see why some people are creaming over her and I really don’t get the personal, vile, guttural reaction to her candidacy. I’ve seen lots of other blog sites posting the usual political drivel. I get that. Those hacks get paid to write Top 10 lists of why you should fear this person or that person. But why repost it? Why not actually think and write your own? Why not take the time to think about a political position before you take off on a personal attack against someone’s kid? Topping two weeks of ugly is something reposted by my good friend Cindi over on www.LukeIsBack.com. I am not going to repost it because I can’t believe anyone would waste their time on such shit. It’s basically a site trying to raise to give to Palin’s daughter if she will abort the ‘unwanted’ fetus. I realize that this is at least in part a joke, but still. What the fuck? A bounty? How about we raise cash to give to writer of such shit if he will swallow the barrel of a .44 and squeeze off a round? Keep in mind, I am 100% PRO-CHOICE and disagree with Palin on more things than I can list. However I don’t find it even remotely amusing that people would try to raise money to encourage her daughter to have an abortion just to cause pain to her mother and hurt a political ticket. Why not just hope that Obama’s kids get molested so that he has to drop out? Hell why not raise money for it? (Anyone who thought even for a split-second “yeah, that’s a good idea” please go to your garage, find a bottle of bleach and drink the whole fucking thing.) Seriously, as someone who is so Pro-choice I can’t even imagine someone reposting this shit. Talk about turning people the other way. So what is it? What makes people hate this much and what makes politics and differences of opinion worth dropping down this low? I honestly want to know.
