I Got Your Weekend Right Here

Oh man what a weekend. Perfect weather for the game of the century. (OK it wasn’t the game of the century, but anyone who turned on ESPN or any sports radio for the past 10 days would have thought it was the most important football game in the history of the world.) To say that the game didn’t live up to the hype is only true if you were looking for an OSU win or a close game. From a USC perspective it would be tough to beat the 35-3 rout over the number five team in the country. The Trojans were faster, stronger and just better in every phase of the game. It was over at the half at 21-3 and the final thirty minutes looked like a varsity team toying with the JV. No disrespect to OSU. I think they are a good team, they just got beat really badly on Saturday. Beyond the game, the day was pretty close to perfect. I spent several hours with some of the best friends I’ve ever had. We enjoyed the new food court which just happens to be between our parking spot and our usual BBQ spot near the Engineering building. We were slightly off the beaten path so the eye candy wasn’t quite what it would have been at the center of campus or on the big lawn. It still wasn’t too bad and I ended up playing quarters with a really lovely young woman. If only one of my single friends had stepped up after I got the game started, perhaps the game would have ended differently that with my new friend and I showing off pictures of our kids. Overall it was a perfect day and it was only the first home game of the season.

Eye Candy: I was talking today with a friend about Asa Akira, So how about a little eye candy feature my future wife?

Recording With Skype?: OK I finally got my headset hooked up and tries out Skype. Now the question is, how do I record a conversation. The plan of course is to get some new interviews that are easily uploaded. If anyone knows of a simple way to get this done let me know. Otherwise I am going to start experimenting with some things this week. Along those lines if any of you have Skype and want to be interviewed, this might be a really easy way to get it done from now on.

Good Stuff Coming: I just got a couple of great sets of Rog Rules T Shirt shots that I think you will enjoy. I’ll work on getting them up this week along with the interviews with Shay Jordan and Stormy Daniels. Also be looking for more DVD reviews, some Blu-Ray, a couple of web site reviews, guest reviews and perhaps a guest blog or two. (Ahem, all guest bloggers NOT named Tina Tyler, I’m still waiting.)
