Weekend Notes
Tailgate: My weekend is going to get off to a great start with another USC home game. Oregon this week. It’s an early game which means we won’t have six or seven hours to drink and have a good time. I’m sure we will have a great time, but 8 AM is a little early for me to start drinking. I’m sure we will have plenty of time for girl watching and good times. I have to say that I prefer the later games, but if I have to sit around for a mid day game in October, a nice 75 degree day in the SoCal sun ain’t too freaking bad.
Eye Candy: Football is one thing, but when it comes to foot fetish, no one does it better than Mark Archer and Kick Ass. Here is Kelly Skyline showing off her lovely feet.
Too Old For Playboy?: No, this isn’t a post with me wondering if I should finally cancel my subscription to Playboy. It isn’t even a wondering out loud moment trying to decide if Heff has crossed completely into the creepy old dude category. This is all about Carol Alt, who at almost 48 will bare it all for the November issue of Playboy magazine. Anyone who has seen this woman knows that she’s going to look just fine on the glossy pages. She’s better looking at 48 than a lot of Hollywood starlets are at half that age. I’m pretty sure that Carol Alt was on the first chick poster I ever hung in my room years ago. It was a Christmas present from my sister I think. Carol has a book out and is proudly touting her “raw food” diet that she credits for her great looks. Hey, whatever she is doing it is working for her and I’m sure that her posing in the buff won’t hurt book sales yet.
Eye Candy: Jenna Jameson is still the biggest porn star ever. Here is a set of Jenna in Jeans that should show everyone why.
Palin’s Abuse of Power: The panel investigating Gov. Palin’s trooper issue has released their findings. They found Palin to be ” in violation of a state ethics law that prohibits public officials from using their office for personal gain.” The problems stem from the dismissal of Public Safety Commissioner Walter Monegan who claimed that Gov. Palin fired him in part because he refused to fire a state trooper involved in an ugly divorce with the Governor’s sister. The report found that Palin let the family grudge influence her decision-making even if it was not the sole reason Monegan was dismissed. Her attorney disputes the charge that any ethics law was broken because the statute says “any effort to benefit a personal or financial interest through official action is a violation of that (public) trust.”. Legal arguments aside, let’s take a closer look at some of this stuff. First, I’m not here to defend Palin. I have my issues with the Gov to be sure. That said, what did she do exactly? The panel thinks that she might have let her personal feelings contribute to the firing of a public safety commission. OK, is that really all that shocking? Isn’t that like a President having the IRS audit political enemies? Not exactly the best behavior ever, but hardly unexpected. Let’s just say for a moment that allowing any personal feeling creep into the firing of a public official is wrong. (Though I think we all expect and support the mass firings that will take place when Obama takes office in January.) Let’s take a look at this trooper for a bit. Before Palin took office Trooper Wooten was in trouble for illegally shooting a moose (Come on, fine the guy for that), drinking beer in his patrol car (On or off duty? Kind of makes a difference. If it was on duty, why was he even still a trooper?) and using a Taser on his stepson. (Again, SO fired.). What was the personal beef? During the divorce Wooten was accused of physical abuse and said that Gov. Palin’s father would “eat a fucking lead bullet” if he helped his daughter get a lawyer. Call me crazy, but I think threatening to shoot someone’s father might make the whole thing a little personal. Frankly I wonder why such a man was allowed to keep his badge. Maybe I’m a little nuts, but a cop who drinks in his patrol car, Tazes his 11 year old stepson to “teach him a lesson” and threatens his father in law with a shot to the head sounds like a guy who should be fired. What would happen to you or I if we threatened to make Barack Obama’s mother “eat a bullet” or threatened to bash in John McCain’s mother’s head? I’m guessing that someone with a little power might take it personally and have us put in jail. Does his behavior excuse an abuse of power? Of course not. We would all like to think that any Governor or President would be totally above that. The panel thinks that there is a possibility that Gov. Palin did not ignore the death threats against her family and “may have” tried to get the trooper who made said threats fired. If only she had treated all of the troopers the same way she wouldn’t be in this situation and there would be fewer child abusing, irresponsible drinking cops making death threats.
Eye Candy: New site alert! The Brazzers folks have Big Tits in Sports and they have Ice La Fox in a bowling themed fuck. Enjoy.
Playboy Radio: I don’t know how many of you have Sirius Radio or listen to Night Calls. I’ve been doing the Tuesday night guest reviews for a few months now and things are pretty fun. Two weeks ago, Christy Canyon and Taylor Wayne set up a wicked little phone sex threesome. Last week Christy asked me a lot of questions about Anabolic director Ivan. Apparently Christy has a serious, serious crush on Ivan and wants me to do a little recon on the relationship front. Half the time we talk about anything other than the movie we are supposed to review and sometimes we just switch in mid-stream. Last week I had intended to review Not Bewitched XXX and ended up doing Monique Gets Black Maled since Monique Alexander was co-hosting. It’s a lot of fun and I would love to get some feedback from anyone tuning in.
Eye Candy: Evan Seinfeld is living the life. This Gallery with Kina Kai shows just how much fun he’s having.
