Monique Alexander and Mr. Marcus Honored for Best Couples Sex Scene; Vivid Girls Briana Banks and Tera Patrick Inducted into AVN Hall of Fame
LAS VEGAS ” (January 14, 2009) ” “Cry Wolf,” a tense psychodrama from Vivid Entertainment directed by Paul Thomas, was honored as Best Film during the 2009 AVN Awards ceremony January 10th at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
“Cry Wolf” stars Monique Alexander and Mr. Marcus were given the award for Best Couples Sex Scene in the film, which in addition to its non-stop torrid sex has a riveting storyline that keeps viewers guessing until the end.
Vivid, which has won more AVN Awards than any other studio in the industry, garnered more tributes this year, including:
• Vivid Girls Briana Banks and Tera Patrick, named to the AVN Hall of Fame;
• Best Music Soundtrack for “Bad Luck Betties” from the Vivid-Alt imprint;
• Best Packaging Innovation for “Burn” from Vivid;
• Best Educational Release for “Tristan Taramino’s Expert Guide to Oral Sex 2” from the Vivid-Ed imprint.
