So you may have noticed that there is nothing new on the site today. Why? Because my laptop where everything is stored as the new Antivirus Soft malware that completely takes over the computer. I can’t access the web or any of my programs because everything takes me to this scam company’s website. They want me to spent 100 bucks to buy their bullshit virus “remover.” It’s so new that Norton and Panda have nothing on it, no fixes, nada, nothing.
So instead of a few new reviews and an article I wrote about Den’s Hall of Fame, I have spent the last 7 hours going over every possible fix for this fucking thing. None of them have worked so far. I’m not great with computers on a good day, but this is seriously fucked up. Safe mode, proxy server, download, scan, clean, reboot….all is clean. But then there it is again, fucking my shit up.
You know, there are people in jail for making fuck flicks and yet scum sucking douche bags like this run around freely. This isn’t some random hacker fucking people up. This is planned attack to steal money from people. Why exactly are we wasting time on porn when these people are clearly a threat? A threat? Yeah. I’m not the only one who has to deal with this. Think of the wasted time and money this shit causes. It’s not exactly terrorism, but it has to be of greater harm than people having consensual sex on camera.
And yes, I could pay the extortion fee and then take it up with my bank, but I can’t find any documented cases of people saying that this solution worked for them. If I pay the money will it go away?
I know it will get fixed one way or another, but damn…it just pisses me off. I’d vote for anyone, Dem, Rep, Green, Lib, whatever…if they would pledge to spend a little time and effort tracking down these fucks and working on the identity theft problem.
