CAVR Hall of Fame
Incredible Collection of Porn’s Best
As always, my good friend Den from www.CAVR.com has come up with something very cool. He has just added his own Hall of Fame (CAVR Hall of Fame)
I love the way he has divided the women into decades. It is easy to forget the performers of the past when looking at some of the amazing women of today. He’s got some obvious first ballot hall of famers in there like Ginger, Marilyn and Christy. 90’s stars like Silvia Saint and Tiffany Mynx are great additions. More recently the 00’s give us Aurora Snow, Avy Scott, Hillary Scott and Jenna Haze. Tough to argue with any of those women.
There is a great Fan Faves section as well. Den is always really good about recognizing the women his readers like. He also has his own Den’s Favorites wing of the HoF that includes the likes of Bree Olson, Gianna Michaels and Dee. He also includes amateurs like Wifey and Janet Mason which is a nice touch. Like myself, Den has done the bulk of his work on the web and women like these really deserve a lot of credit for working outside of the usual porn distribution channels.
Finally, Den has a section for reviewers and Web folk. He recognized Jeff from IAFD.com and the entire www.AdultDVDTalk.com site. Obviously I am thrilled to see these inclusions. Jeff was the first person to suggest that I house my reviews someone and the first encourage me to have my own site. I had that site for a few years when my friends from ADT (Thank you Steph and Drew) helped redesign it and make it much, much better. As a porn fan above all, I see the contributions of AdultDVDTalk.com and IAFD as paramount in the advancement of discourse, information and fun for porn fans the world over.
The reviewers on the list include two of the very best, Richard Freeman and Dirty Bob and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met Peter van Aarle. There have been a number of really talented writers in this industry over the years and Richard and Bob are two of the very best. To be included in a Hall of Fame put together by someone I like and respect as much as Den is an incredible honor. To be included in a class featuring such people as Richard, Jeff, Bob and the people at ADT is flattering beyond my ability to describe. I can say only thank you Den for this amazing honor and good work on the rest of the class, Hall of Fame worthy to be sure.
