RESEDA, Calif. ‹ Girlfriends Films is debuting a new line, “House
Hunters,” along with new releases in the “Women Seeking Women” and “Lesbian
Seductions” lines in this week’s new releases. All three DVDs are shipping
now for a April 27 street date.
Like several Girlfriends Films series, including “Lesbian Legal” and
“Field of Schemes,” “House Hunters” takes place in the fictional enclave of
Thornhill. In the scene illustrated on the cover of “House Hunters Part
1,” Girlfriends Films contract star Prinzzess helps Penthouse Pet Ryan Keely
modify her loan to help Keely keep her house. When the question of how the
cash-strapped Ryan will pay for the services comes up, Ryan suggests a
payment plan, but Prinzzess has other ideas.
In other scenes, estate agent Ariella Ferrera walks into a dramatic
situation with Tanya Tate, who is planning to divorce her abusive husband.
The pair trade bad-husband war stories and Ariella offers Tanya a
sympathetic ear and a place to stay. In return, Tanya offers Ariella some
surplus clothes, and seduces the initially-reluctant Ariella. Teen Chastity
Lynn shows agents Dana DeArmond and India Summer around as they appraise
Lynn’s family’s house. When DeArmond finds a vibrator in Chastity’s
otherwise-empty closet, the agents dig around and determine that Chastity’s
absent “stepmom” Brenda James is really her lover and the two intimidate
Chastity into a threesome. A follow-up scene with Chastity and Brenda James
together confirms the suspicion.
“House Hunters Part 1” has four scenes in its 148-minute running time.
The latest edition of Girlfriends Films’ long-running “Women Seeking
Women” vignette series also features Girlfriends Films contract star Prinzzess, who
is on the cover with Elexis Monroe. The DVD also features Julia Ann, Bobbi
Starr, Andy San Dimas, Dia Zerva, Madison Young and Anita Dark.
In their scene, Prinzzess interrupts her chat with Elexis to say “I didn’t
come up here to talk” before drawing Elexis from her bedroom couch onto her
bed for an intense sexual encounter.
In other vignettes of “Women Seeking Women Vol. 62,” Julia Ann plays a
Bank representative trying to persuade Anita Dark to put her money into the local
Thornhill First National instead of investing it offshore; Anita makes Julia
Ann work hard for the money. Also, Bobbi Starr takes refuge from a rainy day
with a gallon jug of wine and Andy San Dimas. Andy accuses the awkward Bobbi
of trying to seduce her, and far from being upset, Andy takes the lead,
showing Bobbi how it’s done. Professor Dia Zerva offers student Madison
Young an extra credit assignment so the professor will ignore the plagiarism
she found in Madison’s business-school thesis.
“Women Seeing Women Vol. 62” has four separate sex scenes and runs 200
minutes. This week’s third release, “Lesbian Seductions Older/Younger Vol. 31,”
features four dramatic vignette scenes.
Allie Haze comes to Margo Sullivan’s home to retrieve her lost wallet. Haze
is upset to find that her ID and passport are still missing, which the older
Sullivan will return to her for a price: “I did something for you, and now
you’re going to do something for me.” Mellanie Monroe engages a service to
cook and clean her house so she doesn’t have to. The service sends Tara Lynn
Foxx, a seductive teen who turns up in scanty clothing, drinks Mellanie’s
wine, wears her jewelry, and, eventually, aggressively takes Mellanie to
bed. In an intense scene, cover couple Persia Monir and Izy-Bella Blu
celebrate Izy-Bella’s upcoming kidney transplant from Persia in bed
together. For the finale, teen Tiffany Star calls on Totally Tabitha to ask
her not to attend Tiffany’s mom’s upcoming wedding to a man, now that
Tabitha’s relationship with Tiffany’s mom broke up. Tabitha gives Tiffany
some of her mother’s old lingerie, and goads Tiffany into “persuading” her
to avoid the wedding in a lengthy scene of seduction.
“Lesbian Seductions Older/Younger Vol. 31” has four sex scenes and runs
196 minutes.
“House Hunters Part 1,” “Women Seeking Women Vol. 62” and
“Lesbian Seductions Older/Younger Vol. 31” are all shipping now for an April 27
street date.
