It’s that time again my friends. Time to start talking about the Rog Reviews Awards.
Like last year, there will be two sets awards given in a number of categories.
The RRFF (Rog Reviews Fan Faves) awards are back for a sixth year. Awards will be given to Best Female Performer, Best Male Performer, Best Newbie, Best Director and Best Company. Fan based polls on the site will determine the winners of the RRFF trophies.
The RRCC (Rog Reviews Critic’s Choice) awards return for their second year. These awards are chosen by yours truly and will be given out to the Best Female Performer, Best Male Performer, Best Newbie, Best Director, Best All-Sex Movie, Best Feature, Best DVD and of course Worst Movie.
In an ongoing effort to keep the fan polls free from the cheating that nearly ruined them two years ago, we’ve come up with a new system this year. We will have an open registration period starting around the start of September. It will run through the middle of October and then be closed. Voting will be begin a month later and will run for only five weeks. The polls will close on December 21st and winners will be announced the following morning. (Barring any appeals to the Florida State Supreme Court.)
At this point I am asking readers of this site to help me with the selections. Since the FF award is voted on by you guys, I want to make sure to get your input. There will be 64 women for Best Female, 32 for Best Newbie, 32 guys for Best Male, 32 for Best Director and Best Company, so tell me who you think should be on the lists. All of them must be active to qualify. The newbies need not have made their debut in 2003. Any girl who didn’t make the list last year can also be on. Even though the RRCC are selected by me, I would like your input for these as well. Any nominees you have for best all sex, feature, dvd, performer, newbie and director should also be forwarded to me. I can’t promise to nominate all of them as I will be choosing only five, but there are always movies that I miss. Your input helps a great deal.

October 15th: Fan Fave voter registration ends.
November 16th: Week 1 of Fan fave voting begins
December 14th: Critic’s Choice nominees announced.
December 21st: Fan fave voting ends.
December 22nd: Fan fave winners announced.
December 29th: Critic’s choice winners announced.
