How do we begin this review? Anyone who read my take on Zupko’s ‘Anal Ball’ will know that it wasn’t exactly the best two hours I’ve ever spent. However, that was a different movie, a different cast and a whole new two hours to spend trying to decide is Zupko is a demented genius, a twisted psycho or just a hack with a good PR shtick. On the plus side, I find the cast of Days more attractive, so we’re already off to a decent start. Extreme Girl Kristi Myst and glamour babe Taylor St. Claire make for two very solid girls at the top of the lineup. Since I’ve heard a lot about this movie, more specifically, how great it is, I will try to ignore the hype, but it’s going to be hard to view Days without comparing it to all the PR. Besides, how do you pick up a box that lists lepers, Vikings and kings without thinking that this isn’t going to be your average fuck and suck flick?
The opening dialog sets the stage for something grand. This is going to one bumpy ride as we explore Zupko’s version of life, reality, fate, faith and a whole bunch of things he plans to throw in along the way. You may want to keep a dictionary on hand to pick up a few of the multi-syllabic words. As the credits end, our opening scene is well under way. King Simon (Anthony Crane) is fucking a pretty brunette with a veil over her face. This is a very gentle scene with soft music and cuts to roses and a praying Kristi Myst. Don’t get me wrong, the action is hot, with some close up shots of the anal, but this is supposed to be gentle, setting us up for what comes later. After cumming on her ass, the King finds himself in deep shit. His son has designs on the throne and has set dad up. The girl with the veil is a leper and that dooms the King to suffer his own punishment.
Simon is banished to an island with the other lepers, beaten and pissed on. Left for dead, he somehow manages to survive to see the hell he has helped to create. Rather and recoil in horror, he quickly embraces the chaos, even finding some sort of twisted peace in the putrid swill. On a throne again, he is orchestrating much of violence on the island. Bridgette Kerkove is dragged to the throne room by a gang of Vikings and raped for his amusement. Rough sex really isn’t my speed and they just brutalize Bridgette here, bending her over and fucking her ass with fingers, cocks and even a cigar. If you like this kind of scene, it’s done pretty well, with plenty of hard anal. When they are done with her, Bridgette ends up one on one with Simon who makes no bones about his intentions to fuck her. There is some good dialog here as Crane shows how well he can handle the non sex parts of his job. When she gives in, Simon summons another leper, Tyce Bune, who looks near death.
OK, this scene is not for the squeamish. Tyce is falling apart, Simon is all fucked up and there is Bridgette in the middle. (Sadly, those ridiculous looking fake boobs on BK’s chest are not make up.) After Tyce pukes on her ass, he is made to lick it clean. I’m not turned on by Bridgette, but even if I was, all the freak make up and the puking would probably gross me out too much to jerk off. There is no doubt this movie is going to win awards for outrageous sex scene. I mean, how often does a dude lose a leg while fucking a chick in the ass? The rather disgusting looking pair DP her hard enough to make it a pretty rough and tumble fuck scene. After they both cum on her face, Tyce tries to fuck her in the ass, but then his dick falls of. Yes, it breaks off in her butt, but Bridgette just keeps fucking herself with his stump. As gross out porn scenes go, this one is finely crafted and as likely to make one puke as spooge. (And if I liked BK, I might have done both, a rare scene indeed.)
As the voice over explores the possibility of genuine good, Tyce makes a deathbed confession. I’m not sure why, but he feels guilty for watching a saintly woman, fucking herself with the handle of her butter churn. In come some Vikings, who really, really want to fuck her. They throw her down, stuff cock in her mouth and then use the butter churn to fuck her ass. Hey, is the guy fucking her ass Rod Fontana, or another dude in that nasty leper makeup? This scene gets really messy with tons of butter rubbed all over her body and enough rough anal sex to please the hardest raincoater fantasies. If you like DP and fish-hooking, there is a lot of that as well. Definitely not my speed sexually, but if this is what you like, you can get as messy as the chick does. When they are done, the guys smack her around hard enough to knock her out. (Actually, they have killed her.) Tyce crawls over and decides he needs to fuck her in the ass. Besides grossing me out, this sort of reminds me of that old Sam Kinison bit about being raped in the morgue. Can you say yuck?
The King’s son now sits on the throne and he is unconcerned that his father is kidnapping women from the kingdom for his sexual leper games. (He’s too busy having guys suck his royal scepter.) This leads us into a scene with a leper chick in a cage being forced to suck a few dicks. Has anyone else noticed that Brandon Irons really seems to like verbally abusing chicks. Not far off, Taylor St. Claire is chased down by some horny guys and forced to fuck. Just when it looks like the lepers and Vikings are ready to tear her apart, along comes Simon. Rather than helping her, he turns his back and leaves her to the pack. (It’s OK, because she’s the one who pissed on him at the start of the film.) Now they are free to use her body in any way they see fit. This means some pretty serious anal sex for the one time glamour girl. Zupko did a lot of bragging about how he got Taylor to do all sorts of filthy things and you have to credit him for being pretty right on. Taylor hasn’t really let loose like this before. (Just having to fuck Rod Fontana would be considered pretty damn heinous.) Like the others, this scene is a little heavy on the force, though Taylor lies back and gets pretty into her anal penetration in this one. After fucking her in both holes as hard as they can, the guys unload all over her face. Hats off for a scene that is sure to shock all the fans who thought Taylor was all about doing pretty veggie scenes. Hard to overlook a pretty model with a half dozen loads of cum running down her face.
Since this is a Zupko movie, we have to go into a church where a group of monks chants through a familiar religious ceremony. Into the church comes Kristi Myst who is immediately tossed to the ground as a sexual sacrifice. A bunch of guys screaming and slapping her in the head isn’t my idea of great stroke material, but there is no question Kristi looks awesome on her knees. She rides dick with her ass, slapped by hands and dicks as she drops her body weight down on a hard prick. They are out to fuck her into a puddle of goo and really bang every hole hard. Moving her into another room, they fuck her in and around a tub of blood or wine, getting really rough and triple stuffing the sexy blonde. They all shoot onto her face and Kristi takes each load with a smile on her face. The scene doesn’t end here though as the monks ass fuck Kristi for a long time during what appears to be a semen baptism. This scene drags a bit, but the cum flows in near bukkake like rivers. After that, so does the piss, so enjoy that if you want.
Where to begin? How about with what is good about Days of Whore. Zupko has fashioned a movie that makes sense and that?s a huge plus. The move may be disturbing and not something you?ve ever seen before, but originality is a strength here. I was also happy to see that the horrid editing stuff that infected Anal Ball (and much of Rob Black?s work) is absent here. For the most part, the sex is just that, sex. Not everyone is going to want to wank off to girls raped by lepers and Vikings, but if you just look at the sex itself, it?s well shot. Personally, there is way too much force in the sex for me, but it?s genuinely necessary for the plot of the movie. Taylor St. Claire looks pretty good and is bound to shock the shit out of people who are not used to seeing her get this butt ass nasty. Kristi Myst looks great and proves that she is the best fuck in this flick, but her scene is a little much for me. So, this is a lot tougher than Anal Ball. With that one, I hated it, I knew why I hated it and had no problem talking about it. With Days of Whore, there is so much good that I think it should be nominated for best video of the year, yet I still personally have problems recommending it to everyone. From a creative standpoint, it?s original, well thought out, technically solid and bound to shock pretty much everyone. From a jerk-off tape standpoint, there is too much violence, rape, blood and piss for my taste. So everyone watch it, judge for yourself, but pick up a Tom Byron movie to go along with it so you can cleanse your masturbatory pallet with purely strokeable material. Finally, to the question as to whether Zupko is a demented genius, a twisted psycho or just a hack with a good PR shtick, I think the jury is still out. Perhaps he?s a little bit of all three.
