Another post apocalyptic porn epic? It must be award time again. Technically this movie isn’t one of those Mad Max kind of futures, but a super bug has made sex all but impossible and the government has banned most pornography. (Ever notice how movies about the future never paint a rosy picture?) Set against a backdrop of a post virus porn industry that has turned to artificial life forms as performers, 2040 is part Bladerunner love story and part corporate espionage thriller. It features pretty much everyone in the Wicked stable and then some. Randy Spears stars as an old fashioned porn star who falls in love with the latest bot played by Alektra Blue. Brad Armstrong, jessica drake and Kaylani Lei al work for the corporate toy/bot makers. For the most part the acting performances are quite good in this movie. The story is compelling and interesting. The special effects are very good and there is some sexual heat. The scenes are short and the light is rather dim, but you should expect that. After all this isn’t a gonzo flick and it ain’t a happy little tale that takes place in a world with light bulbs. There are some good sex scenes here, especially if you happen to like jessica or Kaylani. (Or best of all, both of them at once.) If you finish the movie and need a little more sexual heat, check out the bonus scenes. There is a very hot Janet Mason BJ and another from Kaylani that should not be missed. The entire collection of bonus material is really fantastic. There are a lot of behind the scenes features, hot bonus scenes and a full Wicked sampler disc that makes this a great four-disc set. If you like Wicked’s feature sex then 2040 is likely going to be in your top three for 2009. It’s a very solid effort with a great looking cast, really good acting and an interesting story.
Alexis Texas & Randy Spears
This is a very moody sex scene with industrial music and robotic action at the start. Alexis seems to be going through the motions until the finally flips the switch (Quite literally I expect) and becomes the sort of wild ass hottie we know and love. Once she gets going she bounces her lovely ass up and down on Randy’s dick. The energy is great throughout and there are some really nice ass shots during the doggy. In the middle of the action she just poops out. As we expected, there is more to this pretty blonde than meets the eye. They prop her up and finish the scene much like it started, with Alexis basically looking comatose. Odd, but it sets the stage well.
Alektra Blue & Randy Spears
After the on-set disaster, a new sex-bot is brought in. This one feels, sweats and reacts like a human. Even a grizzled vet like Randy is impressed. Alektra plays the new version and she delivers her dialog robotically enough to be dead on. The sex scene is not nearly as stiff. It appears they have found a new star.
