LEXINGTON STEELE SNAGS THIRD FOXE FAN FAVORITE AWARD

INGLEWOOD, Calif. — For the third consecutive year, the Fans of X-Rated Entertainment voted Lexington Steele, owner of Mercenary Pictures, their Male Fan Favorite on Feb. 20 at the 2005 FOXE Award show.

“I’m touched and honored by this award,” Steele said. “It means a lot to me, because this award is coming from the fans and for three years they’ve voted me as their favorite male performer. I’m proud that my work, and the work that I’ve done under the Mercenary banner, did not go unnoticed by the consumers and that my hard work has been noted by the most important segment of the industry, and the segment I’m always thinking about when I perform and direct, the fans.”

Steele joins the ranks of industry greats such as Rocco Siffredi, Sean Michaels, Randy West, Tom Byron and Nina Hartley, who have also been three-time FOXE award winners. Like the other winners, Steele will no longer be eligible for future awards from the organization that are voted on by its members.

Bill Margold, co-founder of the FOXE Awards, said, “Lex is very special. We’re very lucky to have him in the industry.”
