I can’t believe that I’m writing this with rain falling outside. It is the time of year when I usually get to brag about the warm weather in SoCal and can actually justify my obsessive bikini-season talk. I suppose one day of gloomy weather shouldn’t really dampen my outlook. After all, spring is in full bloom, baseball is back and those aforementioned garments will be hitting the beaches of SoCal any day now. A whole new crop of young women will be finishing school, turning 18 and hitting Porn Valley for a peek at their career options. Can’t you just see it now? The Lifetime movie of the week, “From Prom Queen to Porn Queen.” All it takes is an ID, a trip to Red Light District and today’s cheerleader can be tomorrow’s Teagan Presley or Keri Sable. It was a very good month for Jenna Jameson. After adding a number of hot babes to the Club Jenna roster in recent months, she continued to dominate the headlines in April. First she continued her yearly climb up the list FHM Sexiest Female list. After debuting at number 33 in 2003, Jenna climbed two notches in 2004. This year she jumped all the way into the top twenty-five. She landed at number 24, ahead of perennial favorites Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Anna Kournikova. The blonde superstar followed up that big news with an even bigger announcement. Club Jenna and Vivid Video have signed a new seven-year distribution agreement which will allow the adult film giant to distribute all movies produced by Jenna’s rapidly growing production house. The deal extends the existing contract beyond its current expiration in 2007. This extension will continue their current relationship to 2014. It keeps Jenna in the fold as a Vivid Girl and will help prevent a potential signing battle between Vivid and Club Jenna, both of whom have added some huge names and fresh new talent to their rosters in recent months.
How many of you have been walking across your college campus and seen a girl who just screams out “future porn star?” Better yet, have you ever looked in the mirror of your college dorm and said “Damn, I should be in porn?” If you have and you’re a girl, then Shane’s World is looking for you. The search for the College Hottie of 2005 is in full swing. Girls 18-25 are invited to send in photos to Shane’s World for a shot at the title. Last year in Las Vegas, the world got its first look at a young lady named Teagan. She was super cute and already making the rounds with Anabolic, Red Light and Evil Angel. After winning over rain coat fans, she cashed in her huge popularity for a big contract with Digital Playground by fall. This year we were treated to another beautiful teen, Keri Sable who appeared to be on the same track. She was all rage at the show and has been turning heads ever since with her gonzo work. Like Teagan, Keri is a great combination of an incredibly cute young thing with a great body and a habit for turning in blistering sex scenes. Like Teagan, Keri has parlayed that success into a contract with one of the big companies. Wicked is the lucky production house that has landed this years “big thing.” While Vivid has spent the last few months loading up on pretty girls and twins, Wicked has added a woman who is as beautiful as anyone in the business and who already has a track record of giving great scenes. The two year contract will have the gorgeous young blonde starring in features with the other Wicked girls and working with award winning directors to prove she can do more than just fuck.
Keri followed up that news by signing a toy contract as well. The eighteen year old blonde will have her own signature line of adult novelties to share with the buying public. Personally I hope they do a nice mold so I can have Keri sitting on my shelf next to the Jenna and Chloe Jones models from Doc Johnson. No decisions have been made as to what toys will come first, but the initial Keri Sable releases will be in stores this Fall. Just in time for back to school ladies.
Adam Film World announced their awards this month. Actually, they didn’t, but a number of the winners took care of the press releases for them. Digital Playground scored big with two awards in the comedy category. “Jack’s Playground” was named top comedy series with “Contract Star” taking top honors as the best comedy. DP’s hot contract girl Teagan was named Best New Starlet. So far Teagan has won that award from everyone but AVN. With XRCO around the corner we will have to see if AVN is the only one to get it wrong.
It was an interesting month on the Porn Valley Police Blotter as well. First we had Mary Carey getting a bit too much exposure while out promoting her new virtual sex DVD. “The Mary Carey Experience” is the first such project from Kick Ass Pictures and gives fans a chance to watch a hot POV fuck with the busty blonde. On a promotional stop in Lakewood, WA the former gubernatorial candidate allegedly took things a bit too far. Though details of exactly what happened inside the club are still sketchy, Mary assures her fans that she will be exonerated as soon as the facts come to light. Personally I’m just waiting to see the DVD and get as close as possible to fucking those big perfect tits.
Mary’s legal issues are minor compared to what apparently happened to Jill Kelly Girl Haven. On her way to a Canadian dance appearance with Ashton Moore when she was stopped at the airport. Unconfirmed reports are all we have at this point, but apparently her luggage set the drug sniffing dogs off a bit. Though no actual drugs were found, there was allegedly enough residue of a controlled substance for them to hold her and keep her from crossing the border. But hey, isn’t Canada the “Great White North?” What’s the problem with a little bit of snow?
Digital Playground also added another name to the roster. After napping teen gonzo princess Teagan and adult legend Janine, DP has added Jana Cova to the fold. The Czech beauty certainly fits in with a company that seems to buy into the notion that blondes have more fun. As a former Penthouse Pet, Jana is used to being the center of attention and looks great on film. Her gorgeous face and natural body have been turning heads since 2002 and the biggest question on everyone’s mind is whether or not that factory-original body will remain without augmentation. Somehow the idea that anyone would want to deface something so perfect is beyond me, but it is standard operating procedure for most contract girls.
Speaking of fake racks, another long-time natural woman is going under the knife. Alana Evans, who has impressed us all with her great sexual energy and fantastic ass for years, has finally decided to pump up the upper globes a bit. In order to help her inflate to a large C or small D, Alana has listed herself on BoobWatch.com where fans can contribute money in exchange for nifty signed merchandise. We all know better than to try and talk a woman out of anything, but I am sure plenty of you wish there was a site where you could donate money to keep them real. Alana has long been one of my favorite performers and is one of the coolest women I’ve had the pleasure to meet in this business. While I would like to stress that I like her better natural, I wish her the best and hope everyone is pleased with the “New” Alana.
