Perception is a really interesting movie on a lot of levels. It is part sci-fi, part relationship-building feature. The story revolves around some new technology that allows people to see their own memories. Since it is mostly couples who use the headsets in this movie, it allows these couples to see their relationships from their partners’ perspective. This actually leads to some very smart dialog and the potential for even more than what we get. I realize it’s an adult movie so we aren’t going to delve too deeply into these topics, but I found them interesting enough to have value for couples watching together. I know that might not be what you are looking for, but I found it refreshing to see a story that at least explored couples communication. So yes, this is a movie for couples for sure. The sex is well shot, especially early on. Some of those scenes are recalled memories and I really like the music and editing. They stand out as different and that’s always nice. Of course they also have to be hot or the point is lost. Luckily, most of the action is pretty good for a couples feature. Nickey Huntsman is very cute and her scene with Justin Hunt is really nicely shot and stands out. Brooke Haze and Avery Stone are also good looking in their scenes. There is a side story about co-workers Aspen Romanoff and Krissy Lynn that gives us a couple of hot solo scenes and then culminates in a good looking lesbian tryst. Overall this is a good movie with a smart script. It is perfect for couples and if you pay close attention there are some good lessons about communication, trust and perspective to be learned.
Nickey Huntsman & Justin Hunt
As part of a Memory Recall Device test, Nickey Huntsman and Justin Hunt put on some headsets and explore the memory of their first time together. The lead up is visually interesting as it captures their playful flirting from Justin’s point of view. The lighting, editing and music all come together nicely to give the sex scene that follows a dream-like feel which enhances the idea that we are sharing their memory rather than just watching the action. They exchange oral sex and then he slides his dick into her. There is good energy here and some really nice shots of Nickey’s ass while she rides him. They finish their encounter with a big load all over her bush. The shared memory reminds them of how much in love they still are.
Aspen Romanoff
Since so many of the memories seem to be sexual, it makes sense that the people who work there might get charged up. That happens to blonde Aspen Romanoff who just has to loses her panties and do some naughty diddling. It’s quick, but it sets up things for later.

Wanting to get the true story behind a recent walk-in encounter, Brooke Haze and Tony Martinez visit the clinic. They actually touch on something really profound (Sexual communication, porn, masturbation etc) but sort of skip over that to get to the make up sex. Can’t really blame them for that, but there are some good moments here where the script gets quit real. They don’t change things up much sexually despite where the script was leading them. Tony spanks her a bit before penetrating her from behind, but otherwise this is pretty straight forward stuff. She rids him with a great deal of enthusiasm and that’s worth watching. They finish with a shot onto her bush that she rubs into the hair and plays with for a bit.
Dolly Leigh & Dylan Snow
When Dylan Snow and Dolly Leigh pay the clinic a visit they uncover some thoughts they had kept hidden. She feels trapped and bit degraded by their sex life. He has a reason for why he likes her in a certain position. By sharing, they find a way to make it work for both of them. He really likes going down on her and she learns to love it too. Dolly loves retuning the favor and delivers a really nice looking blowjob. Great eye contact and she eventually gets him to shoot all over her breasts.
