Black Patrol 2
This is the second flick from the Black Patrol. The movies (and the site that provides the source material) feature very specific content. It is shot with opening sequences that are reminiscent of COPS as Officers Maggie, Joslyn and Charley chase down perps (All black, natch) and then put the through X-rated interrogations.
