B. Skow’s ‘Proud Parents’ Sells Out in Two Weeks
The obituary for the DVD has been written many times, but to paraphrase Mark Twain, the reports of its death have been greatly exaggerated. Just ask director B. Skow. His latest movie, Proud Parents (Skow for Girlfriends), just released May 27 and already the warehouse at Girlfriends is completely devoid of the discs. On Monday afternoon, one worker thought he’d seen a loose copy over by the stairwell, but when he went to retrieve it, it was gone.
