The Austin Powers movies were hugely popular and unbelievably successful. How will that translate to XXX parody? Pretty well to be honest. I’ve never been a fan of the original, but the porn version has just enough humor to make it fun.
Since getting behind the camera, Kimberly Kane has produced some interesting porn. This time out she gives us a gritty adult film with a heavy dose of pulp and even heavier load of camp. Skin Diamond is a pretty girl with a checkered past.

It’s time to go back to the 80’s for a porn parody that features a very genuine look. Flashdance was a mega-hit back when I was kid because of its girl power story, monster soundtrack and slightly sexy love story. The porn parody lacks some of the music power (though it’s pretty good in this regard) and ramps up the sex while playing heavily on make up and clothes that really set the tone. If the look is important to you, then you are going to love this.
Vivid Entertainment will release THOR XXX: AN AXEL BRAUN PARODY on vivid.com on October 29. The movie will be available in stores nationwide on Nov. 12th, on VOD through VividTV on Nov. 1st and as a regularly scheduled feature on VividTV starting Nov. 12th.

This has long been the best new girl line in porn. Even after more than forty episodes, it is still at the top of the heap. Not all of the girls are stars in the making and we are far enough behind that those with the most potential are already stars, but it’s still really damn good. The five babes here are all good looking and most show excellent energy for a first outing.
I just reviewed Joanna Angel‘s fun Walking Dead parody and found it pretty great. This one has a similar feel and may be even better. It has many of the same cast members, and the same built in appeal (or limitation depending on how you see it.)
