Just as 2013 was a breakout year for Bonnie Rotten as a performer, in 2014 she exploded onto the scene as a director. This week she releases another movie through her production company, Mental Beauty.
After spending Thanksgiving week in Europe, Bonnie Rotten is back in the USA and rocking like she never left. She hosted the Extasia Expo in Zurich, Switzerland, which at its peak brought in almost 11,000 people. She also did some very successful signings in Amsterdam while she was in the neighborhood.
Bonnie Rotten was on a plane headed back to Europe early this week, but not before she had the time to look at her many nominations for the 2015 AVN Awards. The second round of noms to be announced – fan voting categories were announced earlier – brought her 21 nominations, on top of the four fan voting noms, for a total of 25.
Curvaceous, girl next-door adult starlet Brooklyn Chase appeared some amazing films this year, but one of her best movies was her lead role in B. Skow for Girlfriends Films’ “Sweetness & Lightâ€. She plays Rachel and the movie revolves about her tempestuous relationship with her boyfriend, Dan, played by Seth Gamble.
Adult superstar and Penthouse Pet Chanel Preston nabbed two nominations for the upcoming 2015 XBIZ Awards. The nomination categories include her third straight nomination for the highly coveted “Female Performer of the Year,†as well as “Best Scene – Couples-Themed Release,†for her performance with Steven St. Croix in “Mother-Daughter Affair.â€
Production has begun on New Sensations’ sequel to its 2012 award-winning BDSM blockbuster “The Submission of Emma Marx.” Produced under the studio’s “Erotic Stories” shingle, the project is helmed by award-winning writer/director Jacky St. James and toplined by Penny Pax and Richie Calhoun, reprising their roles as D/s contractually bonded lovers Emma Marx and Mr. Frederick.
2014 has been quite a year for Aaliyah Love. She’s gone from rising star to adult star with the relaunch of her website and countless movie titles released, along with her yet another showcase film, “Aaliyah Love Vol. 1†from Naughty America, and her breakout role as Roslyn Rosenfeld in Smash Pictures’ parody “American Hustle XXXâ€.
XBIZ is pleased to announce the finalist nominees in the movies and production categories for the industry awards event of the year, the 2015 XBIZ Awards, presented by Fleshlight, set for Jan. 15.
Of special note here is the “Adult Site of the Year- Fan Site” category. For the fifth year in a row, this site managed to be recognized alongside some of my favorite sites. onnie Rotten has been travelling the world for three weeks and won four awards in that time. First, she scored two trophies at the 2014 NightMoves Awards, Best Female Performer and Best Ink, then at the Venus Awards she won Beste Darstellerin International (Best Female Actor) and at Salon Erotico she took home yet another award!
While Bonnie was busy shooting in Europe, back in the U.S. she was being bestowed yet another honor: Best Female Performer at the 2014 NightMoves Awards. “It is very cool to win the Nightmoves awards,†Bonnie said from Budapest early this week. “That was the first award show I ever won at, so its neat to win Best Female Performer by fan vote this year. It means a lot to me.â€
As Bonnie Rotten continues her world tour, she is in Barcelona this week to attend the Klic Klic Salon Erotica Expo—and was almost immediately greeted with the Salon Erotico Award of Honor.
